“Service was fine but, I often get two different flavors in my 4 pack. Wouldn't mind if it tastes the same but the dark taste burnt...I usually buy 10 packs of 4 and half of them are dark. Might try different distributor.”

“I’ve been waiting on a shipment since October 28th. I sent a message last week to find out one of my items was out of stock, so were they going to tell me if I didn’t ask ? I then picked an alternative but by that time my item had come in. This was 3/4 days ago. Still no shipping update. I have to travel an hour to buy for double price while I wait. I just want to know when I will receive my order so I know how many to buy until then. Still no update.”

“I was having problems with the Solo cartridges a while back- they were defective and would not attach to the battery. No I am having issues with the battery. The last two I purchased only lasted about a week and would only provide a weak inhalation from day one. What is going on with this company?”

“My only issue so far is that I haven’t received my order yet. Order was placed on the 4th, it is now the 14th. If it is shipped from New Jersey, it shouldn’t take 10+ days to get to Delaware!”

“I found the sight was easy to navigate.. everything was outright for customers to view easily.if I could make a suggestion it would be to set up some package deals, like pairing some pod refills with the vapor batteries..I think people would click on them quickly! A few deals like that add up to a quick order!”
