“Ordered on july 6th according to USPS they created shipping label and as of the July 12th you still have not shipped my order. Can't rate something that hasn't been shipped”

“Shipping is pretty quick. Received ONE defective item. Customer service was very helpful, but still waiting for a replacement. Pods are small, and don’t last long. For that reason, I think they’re a little pricey.”

“Only problem I had was; I made two orders within 10 minutes because I saw other things I wanted to order , and one package came today and the other (the stuff I wanted more) is not and is still in New Jersey , I would’ve thought they would of saw my name on both orders and packaged them together but nope. Other than that, very happy.”

“I like the website, it was very easy to maneuver, but it is difficult to ensure you'll get your package since its delivered through USPS. Mine was supposed to be here Saturday and it is now Monday and I still don't have them so I feel like I wasted $20 I couldn't afford to lose.”
