“The shipping tine is fast and the products seem genuine, but in the last order I received, 6 out of the 30 Stig devices did not work.”

“I bought some pods and two disposable ones too. But after one day of use, the battery died. Also got new lava2 body but it is so weak. Not like the one I'm using.”

“After ordering 3 candles, I received a email saying they had shipped, only to receive a telephone call saying that they were out of stock Customer server representative that called me was very friendly and he apologized and issued a refund. Just wish their inventory system was better.”

“Shipping is pretty quick. Received ONE defective item. Customer service was very helpful, but still waiting for a replacement. Pods are small, and don’t last long. For that reason, I think they’re a little pricey.”

“Only problem I had was; I made two orders within 10 minutes because I saw other things I wanted to order , and one package came today and the other (the stuff I wanted more) is not and is still in New Jersey , I would’ve thought they would of saw my name on both orders and packaged them together but nope. Other than that, very happy.”

“I like the website, it was very easy to maneuver, but it is difficult to ensure you'll get your package since its delivered through USPS. Mine was supposed to be here Saturday and it is now Monday and I still don't have them so I feel like I wasted $20 I couldn't afford to lose.”
