I bought some sandals on line yesterday and this afternoon I received an email informing me those sandals were no longer in stock and to find an alternative item. I found another sandal, different colour, same brand and tried to get through phoning on 3 separate occasions, one call lasted 30 minutes. After trying for 4 hours I spoke to someone who told me the alternative sandals were also no longer in stock and she could not understand why my order was taken as there has to be at leat 5 pairs in stock before the site allows you to make an order. She told me the reason I couldn't get through was because they were incredibly busy. Well Hotter. Sort out you stock control and customer service. As a carer for my husband I am also incredibly busy and saying sorry is just not good enough! I love your shoes but will never buy from your online site in future.

Purchased 4 pair of your shoes and every pair has the same problem. The inner soles comes loose. It's very frustrating having to keep replacing them each time shoes are taken off. They're not cheap shoes and I would have expected better workmanship for the price. I did make a complaint to your Customer Services to be told these particular shoes are made so that the innersoles can be taken out. I have since talked to others that have purchased different styles of your shoes and its a common complaint of ALL your shoes! I am not happy with the reason I was given and won't be purchasing from Hotters again. I think the stars awarded by myself and others is reflected in your bad workmanship and would not advise others to purchase from your Company.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and returned only 1. It’s been 5 months and I still don’t have a refund even though return shipping label shows that shoes were delivered back to them in December. Emailed 3 times and no answer. Don’t buy shoes from them because you’ll never see the refund.

The sponge rubber heels of the Hotter shoes I purchased have totally disintegrated. The upper part of the shoe is in excellent condition. I am so disappointed as i have really liked Hotters. My neighbor has had the same problem with her Hotters. such a shame. Are they being made in some Asian country. I threw them away or I would provide a photo.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEIR SECURITY IN PROTECTING CUSTOMERS DOES NOT MEASURE UP! This company allowed someone to use a stolen credit card without any verification and then change the shipping address so the thief intercepted the package. When I called the company after realizing my card had been stolen, they said they had cancelled the charge and the shipment; when I called the next day because the charge went through, they said there was no record of it, but my account would be credited. I found out today that the package was shipped and the company refused to provide me with a tracking number or the thief's identity, address, etc.

Bought two pairs of sandels and they rubbed my feet terribly - huge blisters. For comfort some of the worst shoes I've ever bought. The shoes look nice, but I won't be tempted again!

I ordered my whisper boots on Dec. 11, 2017 and still have not heard a word nor seen any boots!!! So discouraging when our hard earned money is scammed from us like this!! What a racket!! I've learned my lesson, I'm back to shopping in the store!

It took three week to get confirmation that I would not receive my order. Haven’t seen a decent reply from customer service, they seem nice enough but about as helpful as a piece of toast. Can’t speak about the quality of the shoes because they were never dispatched.

I've had two pairs of boots from Hotter and on both pairs the soles have split after 10 months wear. The uppers scuff and wear very easily. One star for comfort although without the insole the boots are very flimsy.

There was nothing about my experience with HotterUSA.com that went well. The initial order took a very long time to arrive. The slippers I ordered in a size smaller than I normally take were HUGE. I returned them for an exchange for a size smaller. It took a very long time for them to receive the returned slippers and a very long time for them to ship out the exchange. The slippers were too small. I shipped them back on 12/2. USPS only tracks them to the return agent so I was never able to confirm they made it back to Hotter. Hotter kept telling me they hadn't received them. Finally after MULTIPLE phone calls, being on hold up to an hour on some, I received my credit back on 1/15. I will never order from them again as it was entirely TOO MUCH HASSLE and poor customer service. Too bad, because their shoes are cute, though definitely not in alignment with US sizes.

Rubbish service. They take far too long to do anything. If you phone them expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your call to be answered. If you want an item exchanged be prepared for them to go out of stock before they have dealt with your exchange. Their service needs to be greatly improved. They just can't compete with other companies.

My boots were lost in transit and not delivered in over one month. When I called about the order, I was kept on hold more than 10 minutes. I asked that the replacement boots be expedited and was told it would cost $15.00 even though it was Hotter's responsibility. And no one ever apologized for the delay or inconvenience. Terrible customer service, and the longest shipping times in the business.

Terrible customer service been buying shoes from hotter for years until I bought my granddaughter boots and after one month of wearing and being treated with there products. The boots developed a white coating. I was rudely told how to look after leather and I should treat them with a renewal cream. I've only ever bought leather and after four weeks renewal cream ? I don't think so, then she said they were scuffed which I replied you do have to wear them they were not scuffed. Totally uncaring unprofessional no customer service skills at all. Never shopping there again cheap leather is the only explanation as I've been buying there for years. Very dissapointed.

Really lousy customer service. Held on the phone twice for 20 minutes with no answer. Like others tried email also no replies. The shoes are for my 95 year old father but I’m giving up hope of receiving them. Won’t be coming back. The shop people were fine but they cannot help with internet orders

Don’t be fooled with the British made union flag on there shoes as it’s fake. The only part of the shoe made in the uk is the sole. The rest of the shoe are made in China, and India as they are shipped in by sea container. I just hope people see this as it’s so wrong what they are doing. Iv also noticed they are throwing a lot of recycle material into the bins, they the the minimum recycling. The health and safety is also poor as you have forklift driving down pedestrians walkways. There are no ppe enforced apart from the stores. I would rate this company a 3/10 for health and safety they should be ashamed as they don’t take there employees health seriously. Also from the sole making machines there is a haze in the air silicone base, so if you have asthma please keep away.

I ordered this company's shoes in the first week of Nov or maybe little before. However, after a delay, they sent me the wrong size. So, I sent them back. Since that time, there have been 2 more delays. I was promised the shoes would be shipped the week commencing 11 December 2017. We have waited for the right shoes for a long time. Then, I got another e-mail to delay, commencing 12 February 2018. We are disgusted to wait over 4month with their horrible customer service and never want to buy.

Customer service doesn't answer the phone or return emails. If you need assistance returning their products, good luck. They don't give you the promised prepaid return label and there's no information on their website as to where to return items if you're inside the US, only outside. Oh, and you are supposed to return within 90 days. I'm really fed up with this company and won't be shopping here ever again.

Ordered a pair of boots, unfortunately I was unable to go to store to pick them up. I rang the store and told them and was told I would get a refund. Three weeks later no refund and I have rang them several times and was told fourteen days for refund!! Had to ring them again and complain very strongly, spoke to supervisor told three to five days for refund!! Would not recommend this company for online purchases.
