My order came completely wrong and there is no way of contacting Customer Service other than email - which I've been waiting for over 5 days and still have no idea if I will ever get a response. I even tried the HOF twitter feed and it's the same! Extremely poor customer support, sorry more like, NON-EXISTENT customer support! Anyway back to my order, I ordered just ONE item and they managed to screw that order up. I even paid their ridiculous delivery fee as they also charge to have it delivered in-store. If I were to return this, I WILL have to pay for that also considering it's HOF who made the error. Perhaps they will reimburse me for the return delivery, but will they return the original £4.99 delivery I paid? And would I have to pay another delivery cost for having the item re-ordered? I have absolutely NO CLUE because the Customer Service has STILL not got back to me after many days. Absolutely embarrassing, shocking management, considering high street retails are closing down left right centre, HOF are not doing themselves any favour with such a shocking service. Of course they will blame COVID if they were to close down when really they overcharge on products with no customer service. Even the staff in-store are super lazy and don't know how to provide the most basic service. Before purchasing the item online, I was in-store where I needed help and saw 3 staff just casually ignoring me and other customers as they were too busy rambling on about their holiday plans and were virtually giving me dirty looks when I had to interrupt them for a product enquiry. When I went back in store to see if I can return the wrong item (which you can't by the way!!) the staff were just clearly not bothered or interested in helping. Never going HOF again!

Bought a Ralph Lauren wallet as a gift & when it arrived the presentation box was battered, ripped and completely unacceptable to give as a gift. I have submitted an email to House of Fraser to complain and have yet to receive a reply. I am disappointed to say the least and will not order anything to give as a gift again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way my order had been sent out. The designer handbag (Michael Kors) was £250 yet it was sent out in a flimpsy grey bag with absolutely no protection for the bag. There are therefore creases to the front and back of the bag where it was probably damaged in transit ( possibly no fault of the courier). Not only is the bag spoilt there is evidence of dust along the handle. So perhaps this bag has not been stored correctly with yourselves and the damage was already on the bag. In which case a bag of this value should not have been sent to a customer in this condition. The bag resembles something you would pick up as a fake from a market stall and not a real designer bag from House of Fraser. I have rung to complain and I am being sent a pre-paid return label which I have yet too receive so I have had to email again. I tried to get through on the phone again today but after trying 12 times I gave up. Receiving the pre-paid postage is now urgent. This has been a very disappointing experience from a retailer where I expected excellent customer service.

Quick service and delivery but was not at all happy with how my purchase was packed the shirt was packed in a very dirty bag.Seeing it was a present not happy and I'm inclined to think again about recommend ing or buying from you £85 pound is alot of money and you would think it would be right

The worst experience ever! I ordered a set and they delivered a half of the set! Not possible to go through the customer service, web chat doesn't work! They just send you useless automatic replies! Today I received an email from customer service saying that my parcel has been picked up by their courier. They also provided the tracking number which is old saying that its been delivered a week ago. Also, no apologies for the service, nothing! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WONT BUY ANYTHING IN HOF ANYMORE

Product sent not happy with size very small, so returned when the money was refunded £21.60 not the £27 I paid

I ordered off HOF. It took 9 days to be delivered. I was actually in the process of finding where my goods were when my parcel arrived even though on tracking it still says that it’s awaiting pick up When my parcel came the box that one of my gifts came in was completely smashed to pieces I tried to find a number to contact them but to no avail. They really need to step up their game. People can blame covid but the shops are empty so they are aware that people are doing more online shopping Too long for delivery. I have received goods from abroad quicker
