HOF have gone downhill so badly. They don't care about Thier customers at all - you've been warned. I ordered some boots with £50 off the RRP. A few days after they took my money they automatically cancelled it, saying they were out of stock. This was actually untrue - they were in stock on the website, but they had hiked the price up by £50. I felt that this was very unfair, to cynically cancel an existing order to get more money. I've had a back and forth with cs and they are steadfastly refusing to honour my order, or let me repurchase at the price they had sold them to me for. Online they have publicly tweeted ' please DM us' this is just a ruse to look like they might actually help. They don't. So disappointed. Dear HOF, please don't reply again unless you are actually willing to honour my purchase.

I received a pair of faulty boots and have been chasing a refund for five weeks. I get a different person every time I email customer service who just keeps saying my email has been passed onto the relevant department, then I never hear anything further. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years. After this experience, I will never purchase from them again!

Armani suitcase bought as a Christmas present for my son. Handle completely snapped on only its second use, due to lockdown not been travelling much. HOF stance is that's its past 3months from purchase date so they will do NOTHING to assist unless I to pay a company to test it and to write a letter headed report that its a manufacturing fault and pay to return it to them also. At which point IF they deem the report from a worthy enough testing company they MAY consider doing something about it. Expensive item. Piece of Tatt. Terrible customer service from HoF. Never again for Armani or HoF.

Never get the next day delivery service. I ordered from HOF online on Friday and selected next day delivery at a cost of £9.99. It says on their website that if you order by 8pm you can get your order next day. So this is what I did, as I needed the items for the Saturday night. I then received an email at 7.36am on the Saturday morning (day of supposed delivery) stating that my items have been delayed and will not be delivered today, delivery will now be on Sunday. I contacted HOF straight away saying that as the items will no longer be delivered today (Saturday) I no longer need them, so please cancel my order. As there is no phone number to call them I had to send an email. My order came arrived on Sunday between 11-12, I then received an email from their customer services stating that I can refuse the items (bit late now) or send them back and that they have processed a refund for the delivery costs. I then emailed back saying that as I no longer require the goods and that they were delivered late, please can they send me a prepaid label so that I can return the goods. Kimberley came back to me stating that they don't send labels as the goods are not damaged. I then checked the refund, and it seems that Kimberly only refunded £3 this being the difference between regular delivery and next day delivery. What a joke. I then emailed again stating the obvious that HOF are promoting false advertising as they have no intention of delivery next day, which I am sure is against the law. This time Liam came back to me stating that he has refunded the remaining amount of the next day delivery but will not be sending a prepaid label as the goods are damaged. (still waiting for the refund by the way) I will have to send back the goods at my own cost. He also tried to say that the delayed delivery was not down to them but to DPD. I stated that I received the above email at 7.36am on Saturday morning, so how can it be DPD's fault if they had not received the goods. He even told me to go to trading standards So, my question is this, why does HOF think that it is acceptable to advertising next day delivery, something that they cannot fulfil and then the customer must pay for the return delivery at their own cost. So, my order total was £252.99, and I have received a refund of £3.00. Once I return the goods at a cost of £11.15 to myself, I will get a refund for the goods. However, I am still out of pocket by £11.15 for goods that I no longer need because HOF stated false advertising on their website. Imagine this, how much money HOF would make for not fulfilling deliveries but charging for them and customers not bothering to complain because they think this is normal. HOF has no moral compass, and I most definitely will not be shopping their again

absolutely awful, if you bought something online and have a problem. You are on your own with it , there is no costumer service and you have to pay postage charge when you send item back. would not advise to dill with them. better to pay some more and have piece of mind.

Purchased a gift for my other half, the gift shirt came and it was clearly worn. I went in to Oxford street store to refund. The duty manager refused a refund, only offered store credit. I would of taken an exchange but there was none left. The grey haired duty manager was arrogant and not willing to help a customer. The store policy of no refunds is absurd. Definitely won’t shop there again. Such a horrible experience.

Purchsed a sport jacket and shorts for £72.99 with the postage included £4.99. Courier left the parcel in front garden and when I collected this, it was lying in a puddle. Luckily it was well sealed so the items didnt get wet. The jacket was large so had to return it which cost me another £4 for the postage. Refund for the jacket received, no refund on postage though and spent £9 on it. The ČS gave me a voucher for 10% off my next purchase but I wont be ordering from them again.

The video of the black man being profiled by the security and duty manager is disgusting. I never would spend my money in that store the way they treat black customers. They should be a shamed of themselves.

Ordered 4 pairs of shorts 23/06 costing £219.00. Five weeks later had not arrived, no updates etc. Contacted HoF, their response was " oh there is a system error" (that old chestnut) " your order hadn't been processed we'll get it processed now"! But my money went straight into Hof bank 23/6!! 12th August still no goods.... time to cancel and ask for a refund. What a waste of time and never again!

Ladies boots ordered on line. Collected in store. Boots inside box were wrong size despite label on box giving correct size. I discovered this whilst in store and asked for refund as correct size boots no longer available. Every other shop would give a full refund on the spot. Not HoF though! I was offered a credit note, but due to bad reviews I didn't want to risk HoF going out of business before being able to use it. I had to take wrong size boots away with me to re-pack and take to post office. I work full time for NHS and don't have time to make extra trips to return something that HoF should have dealt with (like Next/M&S etc etc). I now have to take time out to do this. I had to pay for instore delivery - again no other shops I use charge for instore delivery. I don't expect to get this back and have to foot the bill for returning the wrong size boots. A friend had same issue a year ago - never got the refund for foowear returned. Considering HoF is having such difficulties they should pay more attention to customer service. I made my order, paid for instore delivery, wrong size boots in box - that's not my problem and should have been dealt with instore at HoF while I was in store. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive ordering anything online from HoF as I feel they are no longer reliable. I will most certainly not order from them again or step inside any of their stores again. The way customers are treated there won't be any stores left. I worked for HoF myself back in the day when customer service was key. RIP HoF

I've just seen a video of a black man being abused by the staff of house of Fraser, I don't know if those people ever heard of what customer service or even a sane behavior is, all I know that I'll make sure that none of my family members is going to shop there anymore.

Glasgow store ladies toilet in corner of men’s department completely filthy , leaking cistern , water all over floor, smelly beyond belief, floor tiles missing and filled in with thick tape. Disgraceful condition in a store that hails to be “ Harrods of the North” , when I am buying high end items I expect minimally a clean well appointed ladies bathroom.

Sent for 2 pairs of shoes that were never a size 8, more a 9 or 9.5 so returned them costing me £9.99, when I asked for some reimbursement got fobbed of by a ill mannered assistant called Josh who refused to pass my complaint to a supervisor. This is exactly why HOF is in the brown stuff. Will never uses again.

Visited Rushden Lakes store today. The women’s clothes departmet is much diminished and has the feeling of a jumble sale! It has several named brands but it looks like the leftovers that have been sold off cheaply but are now being sold by Fraser for full price. Very disappointing.

Despite telling customers service that the reason I had not used my credit note before the expiry date being that both my parents had died of Covid and I had lost my home and they had been closed for a long period of time they refused to extend or reissue a new credit note. Won’t be shopping there again. !!!!!
