Very good and quick service until the courier got involved, was meant to be delivered 10/12/2020, now the 18/12/2020 and still no updates on when my parcel will be delivered. Items ordered are for a Christmas present so if they ever turn up they will have to be returned as now too late. I have emailed the customer service team to tell them of my issue and the only response I got was them telling me that my item was now with my courier. Not sure why companies still trust Hermes.

Appalled at the poor condition my items were send out to me as they looked like very (old) stock.

Unfortunately the item I bought (a glass Christmas tree ornament) was smashed to bits in transit, ridiculous packing it in a small amount of bubble wrap and a plastic postal bag, it was bound to get damaged! I'm still waiting a response from customer services but I guess it's only be 3 days since I emailed them with pictures...

Hi I’m afraid I’ve still not received my treat for my birthday this coming Sunday 20/12/2020 it has not been delivered by Hermes n they’re looking into “the incident” as they said it was delivered 13/12/2020 @15.43 took a very blurred photo of so called delivery 🚚📦 NO Photo of Package No Photo Of My Hall Door No Photo of my Flat Number either I checked status of my order n it’s saying waiting for Courier To Pick UP But I’ve Still Got No Birthday Treat of my much awaited Estée Lauder items!!??

My order was online Unfortunately no care was taken in the packaging of my order It was a cosmetic just put into a plastic bag for delivery by Hermes and as a result was not received in good condition Very disappointing

From ordering on line to shopping in store Iv had 2 bad experience Shopping on line I ordered 3 Items from your on line Gifts page for my dad , and was pleased with my purchase as each item complimented the other , after one week I received a tex telling me one of the items was sold out , so only 2 were on the way to dad , then almost a week later I get another tex telling me yet another item wasn’t available ! my poor Dad ended up with 2 jars of Marmalade how embarrassing. My second incident was in store I had forgotten my points card after spending over £130 on the ground floor Plus’s some perfume it was a nightmare for 3 separate staff putting in my details but weren’t able to find my details on line so I did not get my points ( not the first time) I then went up to the Christmas shop and spent moor money the young lady had NO problem finding my details and I received my points on that purchase , I went back to the grind floor were a woman manager was at the till dealing with a problem so I explained to her my situation she told me you will have to refund all your purchases and buy them again to get your points or take photos of my bill and goods then send them online to Head office she then Sed “ and who wants to do that at this time of year” the customer she had been Dealing with before me suggested it was a conspiracy From H O F not to give the points as the company is in trouble and didn’t want to give us the points “ This is very bad for your business , and spoilt what was a day of shopping for some Christmas gifts 🎁 during lock down I was so looking forward to .

Ordered some eyeshadow that arrived damaged as was not packaged correctly, I have emailed twice as I was concerned they may not refund me because of it being make up but have not received any reply.

I had boycotted house of fraser as i had a problem but decided to but items again. Delivered really quickly, pricing was great as u got further discounts being a member. Enjoyed shopping again at house of fraser.

Received the wrong item which is a Christmas present. No reply in 5 days to my customer service email and couldn’t get on to webchat to speak to someone. Had to reorder the same item and pay extra £4 shipping (original item was out of stock so had to buy one for a worse value, get less items for the same price.) and shipping takes ages. Should be free delivery I spent over £200!!! Will shop elsewhere next time

Absolutely appauled. I ordered an item which I paid delivery on, asked for the order to be cancelled and it was being delivered later that afternoon. Driver did not listen to instructions and left the package, not only do I have to pay delivery but now I have to pay a for returns.
