Sutton Coldfield branch is so good .Great variety to choose from,but what makes it is the lovely staff,always happy to help and go that bit extra to make your shopping experience better. Special shout out to Lydia on bare minerals counter for her excellent knowledge and customer service.

Paid £7.99 postage wrong item placed in basket i clicked medium for some reason at check out it was xl . So couldn't change or go back .I also had other item with it so placed another order £7.99 postage so all in all £14 98 ,for postage. Tried to take xl back in store at metro centre only to be told they no longer take returns .wasted journey had to take to post office and postage was £4.70 So postage cost me £19.67 in total Very angry

I have had several purchases over the last few weeks , all were good value for money especially with the extra discount by subscribing to House of Fraser loyalty scheme, well worth joining (costs nothing to join) goods arrive quickly by courier service. So far I have had nothing to return, , I did receive one item broken , a mug handle, that was lack of packing inside the box by the manufacturing company, waiting to hear from House of Fraser about this, just need a replacement , but clothes, beauty products ets were just as described and in good condition., would certainly use them again.

Very disappointed!! I purchased this as a present and it turned up heavily damaged and I am still awaiting a response from House of Fraser. No wonder they are struggling for business if they can’t respond to issues and send damaged goods.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Placed my order back on 3rd of December , still haven't received any updates despite sending numerous emails and it's funny that their customer service number doesn't work. I ordered very expensive shoes and thought will wear it on festive period but no update so far. Will never order from them again

I still haven’t received my parcel and it’s nearly Christmas . The courier service have advised me to contact use and no one has got back to me yet . Very upset as this is a Christmas present

Disappointed with the delivery service as paid for guaranteed Sunday delivery but item arrived Monday. Have been trying to obtain a refund but unhelpful adviser. Defective delivery system!

Received parcel but unfortunately had to return as to small have sent back recorded delivery the next day Monday 14th December. Have emailed to find out if you have received and when replacement will be sent. Now 20 th December and still waiting reply as to when I can expect replacement to be sent. Very disappointed

Items purchased were as expected but delivery was very late. Advise to purchase at least 2 weeks in advancee, just in case. Will order again though!

Disappointing - I ordered and paid for two items and receive diamonds discount buying the two. Was able to purchase both as said they were on stock online. I received one in the post when I checked second item was out of stock you only chose to notify me of this once I had ordered both! Very annoying and in the current climate caused an inconvenience!

Three out of four items arrived perfectly. The Barbour shirt worth £70 arrived in a crumpled heap, stuffed in a bag. I emailed customer service as it is supposed to be a Christmas present but I have had no active response so I Facebook messaged the photos along with a request of what I should do about this unusable present and got a response of ‘what is faulty with the item’ I then explained my issue again and have had no further correspondence. I would love to actually speak to someone in customer services but they don’t seem to be contactable.
