I ordered Georgia Armani luminous silk foundation Delivery was late almost one week.Thats ok because of covid 19.After this link Ng wait they sent me different product.Absolutely annoying. Very very bad..I never order anything in my life from house of Fraser. It's my mistake I ordered from this irresponsible people.

House of Fraser is simply a scam I ordered a treadmill on The 18/3/20 paid £399 never received it, nobody ever replied to my messages impossible to contact them they simply walked away with my money appalling

Shocking service, no delivery, they still have my money, customer services have replied twice in a month to say they’ve passed it on to another department and have then tried to close the ticket. Absolutely wouldn’t touch them again.

Supposedly a trusted brand - have taken money for out of stock items that were never going to be delivered as well as missing items in my order. After 2 Emails to customer service and over a week passed I have heard nothing back from HOF.

Disgusted Avoid at all costs. HOF and Sports Direct are the same company. Owed £65. by HOF/ SD. Item delivery but clearly had been opened and box resealed. Item broken and not working. Obviously it was a faulty item. No response online other than ‘return item’. Return bar code does not work. NO contact number , No customer Service whatsoever. Basically they make it impossible to return rubbish. Nice scam!

Please read this and do not order from HOF this experience has left me in tears and I have lost my money as they won’t refund as they are satisfied my orderwas delivered. Firstly the parcel has not been delivered and they refuse to give me any further information after 20 days of me asking for proof. I live in a flat so it’s very unsafe to leave anywhere but with me. Honestly I’m so upset to lose my money and get ripped off in such a terrible way. Once you report not receiving your goods they ignore you as they have been paid. Very bad and they should not be aloud to trade.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience has been so bad, I have to in order to prevent others from going through the same thing. I placed an order that never arrived after almost 1 month. I received an email stating my order was processed and delivery should be in the next few days. Almost one month later, my order is yet to arrive. I have contacted them almost everyday via email, and yet still no update on my order. This is fraudulent activity and I am going to report them. HOF have taken funds from my account and not provided me the service I paid for, or at the very least provide me an update on the order. I am now stuck with no choice but to go through the banks to get my money back. Avoid HOF at all cost. Honestly they don't even deserve the 1 star (minimum I could give)

Hi all, Would like to leave a review about House of Fraser so everyone know how they treat their customers. Short cut story I have ordered a wallet from HOF and definitely changed my address to a new before ordering. Also I have selected click & collect @ local store option (at this point all stores still operated). Once I have received order confirmation e-mail I have noticed that Invoice Address diverted to my previous address. Due to Covid-19 situation within country I have raised my concern and have filled in cancellation request and also have send e-mail to customer services straight away after order has been placed. House of Fraser team purposely ignored my email (sent on 20/03/2020 @ 10:51) and cancellation request (that was submitted even earlier) for couple of days, and then they have send me e-mail only on 24/03/2020 @ 16:31 stating that my order has been shipped to a local store, however no notifications has been send and order was still @ “processing” status. Only on 24/03/2020 @ 22:59 (that’s 6 hr later) I have received notification that my order has been shipped to my INVOICE address, and not to nearest store as was advised by customer services (so they have definitely lied). I have send couple of emails arguing about issues, however they haven’t even commented on any of my questions and constantly kept ignoring them. As I customer I have all rights to cancel order, however HOF purposely ignored my cancellation requests and all they said they are extremely busy, however after they have shipped my item they were responding within a day to all my emails and when I said I’m going to take this issue and complaint everywhere, I have response within 6 minutes!!! (So it just proves that they purposely ignored my cancellation request). Also I have said to them that I have changed address, however it’s their site diverted to an old address, however they have ignored my question completely and then they kept saying its shipped to the address that I have submitted. Also not even a word about the fact that they haven’t cancelled my order and they have loads of time for this especially that I have filled in cancellation request and also send an e-mail straight away. Last email from them state that item has been delivered and they take no liabilities from this point and I have to sort collection myself. At this point you are not even allowed to drive due to self-isolation, so I had to take a risk otherwise I would lose £72.99. I had to drive twice to northampton to get my parcel and that's at least £10 on fuel and also possibility to get stopped by police and get fine (not talking about my own safety). And its not even end of story! Item has got some mars and it should contain£10 voucher for any order that you select click & collect and its not even there! I don’t care they have redirected it ho home address without my permission, they still should include this as I wouldn’t even order this without this voucher offer! However they refusing to provide one saying that because it was delivered to home. Always thought that HOF has a good level of customer service as they position themselves as “posh” but not by the looks of it. Never had such a terrible experience! Please avoid this place by all means these liars!

Item simply never came, I could deal with it if I knew it was coming but you cannot talk or communicate with HOF, 6 Emails 6 Online Contact forms and on there online chat for 17 days!!! Nothing I suspect they are simply not trading but just taking your money. All it needed was an answer to any of my attempts to find out what where when.

AVOID HOF. They are the worst company Iv ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. Still haven’t received the item. Been way past the expected delivery. No response to various emails. Just want my money back now!

Paid in full for order, only part arrived. No response from customer service so no idea how to get a refund for over £200. Wish I'd looked at reviews before placing the order. Not sure bad customer service and taking payments before dispatch has anything to do with coronovirus.

Following up with the 12 items order I placed on the 24 March, after I place the order, I received an email saying none is in stock, and my money will be refunded within 3-5 days. Today 2nd Apr, my PayPal is still shown pending, I email them to ask them to get rid of this, and customer service reply I should be contacting PayPal myself....

Absolutely appalled by the level of service from HOF. Ordered a table tennis table over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing other that waiting for courier pick up. Been constantly messaging and emailing them with no response at all. HOF sort yourself out, either admit you haven't got the item and give me a refund , or deliver the item. AVOID HOF at all cost !!! only getting one star and I can't give them none !!

Ordered gym equipment. one delivered and the other one still pending for more than 10 days now. No contact number for the online inquiries nor refund for undelivered goods. So disappointed.

This company are nothing short of scammers who are using the current crisis to steal money from customers. We ordered a cross trainer from them over a week ago and they have been uncontactable ever since. Please avoid this subsidiary of Sports Direct at all costs.

Paid £95 for a basketball stand and 2 balls to occupy my children. Got a full dispatch notice only to have My Hermes deliver 2 deflated balls and no basketball stand! Cannot get in touch with House of Fraser.... thanks for nothing. I want my money back!

Very bad experience, do not use this company, they put things on sale and attract you to buy their items, after I bought around 12 items (around £100), they sent me an email in the afternoon say NONE in stock.... And the money isn't refunded straight away, have to wait until 3 working days, so now I don't have enough cash to spend in the end of the month. Very horrible company! Avoid!

Never will I order from House of Fraser again! £250 taken from my account and still no delivery! Tried to contact them through emails, online chat, Social Media, every means possible and still no response and it’s been a week! No contact number to call, what an absolute joke for such a big ‘luxury’ brand! At a loss as to what to do!! More like House of Scammers!! They shouldn’t be allowed to trade really!

I ordered for next day delivery 9 days ago - Still waiting I filled in the contact form 8 days ago & 5 days ago - Still waiting response I spoke with the online chat, 72hrs after no delivery, a further 72hrs later & i am currently waiting for them again - no solution This is a ridiculous time to not even get a solution. They have had my email & Telephone on the delivery details but noone has contacted me to say there is a problem.

Can’t return to store when making an online order. Daylight robbery! Do pay £4.99 delivery for click and collect in store, and to get a refund you have to pay to post back. What a liberty!!!
