The worst company DO NOT USE. They have STOLEN over £300 from my elderly mother. She bought and cancelled an order. Obviously we never received any items and the money was returned to her account. However over a month after the order was placed house of Fraser re took the money from my mothers account. 2 more weeks have now passed and house of Fraser is unreachable and refuses to refund my mother. DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible customer service - sent me a top which is faulty sent them photos of the top asked eventually for my order details which already provided provided again to be told return and if ‘we’ think it’s faulty we will refund. Expect me to spend my time and mileage to post their faulty item! I asked for courier as it wasn’t my fault and post office miles away. They just closed my case? Terrible customer service my order was for over £100 will not use this company again!

Terrible, terrible Service, don't buy from this company. They have had nearly a month to respond and tell me where my order is. Unbelievable poor service. The parcel is easily tracked by GPS so it should be a matter of seconds to find out where it is, the fact they haven't responded, sent the order again or at least refunded the money shows House of Fraser to be a company not to be trusted

I purchased an exercise bike from House of Fraser. , which ultimately was sent from ‘Sports Direct’ which is apparently now the same company. On receipt the the item it was clear the box had been been opened and re sealed. I started assembling the bike and found one part was loose in the box and broken in 3 pieces, rendering complete assembly impossible. Partial assembly revealed the tension control was not working. I set about returning the item and found it was impossible to contact H.O.F. by telephone. Online chat was useless simply instructing me to return the item using returns label. I discovered this was not possible as the bar code on label would not scan. I therefore had to pay £11.53 to return the item. After complaining to ‘H.O.F. ‘Resolver’ repeatedly 2 weeks later I received a refund for the original purchase price. However I am still owed the price of return postage £11.53. To sum up my experience of H.O.F. & Sports Direct has been disappointing and lots of hassle leaving me out of pocket. Not even worth 1 Star rating. DO NOT Touch with a barge pole !

I bought a top and 3 cardigans in different colours. 1 cardigan had a hole in the shoulder and one was fraying in 2 different places. The top was lace at the back and there was a hole in the lace. It's awful that these were either checked and still packed or not checked for damage at all. Then, to make matters worse, I'm supposed to pay for my returns, as they were purchased online or have to take a credit note (who still even does those??) if I return them to store. Hof used to be a quality store, but sadly no more. I guess I'll have to wait until they reopen to get my unwanted credit note, as I refuse to pay for a return of damaged goods. This is the last order they will receive from me.

Ordered an item, perhaps the sale price was way too low for HoF (aka Fraser Group/Sportsdirect) to deliver since it's never arrived, reaching customer service is a nightmare, useful information converges to zero, solution is none. I would advise to avoid at any cost, unless you have unlimited time and patience plus money to waste.

Ordered a dress from hof. They took £132 from my account and I received a tee shirt. Returned this immediately but still waiting for a refund of my money. (Over a month ago) unable to contact anyone. Website just passes you around. Will never shop HOF again

Absolutely shambolic. Put through 2 orders. Received confirmation of both. Advised one out for delivery - that was 6 weeks ago. The other - who knows? You can't get hold of them, you can't get anyone to sort it out or anything. However they were quick and happy to take £85!!!! Never again!!!!

Absolutely disgusting- goods not delivered and there is no way of contacting anyone. How do they get away with this !!! They are quick enough to take orders which you pay to be delivered - tantamount to daylight robbery - Keep your money safe don’t order from them .

In lockdown due to corona ! I received a Square jewellery box ordered in sale . It arrived in a soft plastic envelope with no protection and no wrapping at all ! It was smashed , dirty and falling apart ! Impossible to contact anyone to inform them . and price was £67 . What a waste of money ! Strongly recommend NO One buy anything from them on line ! Not possible to return as huge delay and huge cost to register and return ! clearly a deliberate dump of used goods returned as faulty by previous purchaser as it the beige velvet was dirty in side. ! The house of Fraser don’t care , and make it so difficult to return , that they hope you will give up ! I gave up !, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN ! And I will advise everyone I know not to ! I want to make this as public as possible ! Do Not order from house of Fraser. It’s probably going to go under now anyway !

Ordered cream de la mer moisturiser three weeks ago and still not arrived, disabled web chat and contact form keeps crashing, finally got reply by email to say order does not exist! Sent them the email confirmation and had no other response - absolutely shambolic service even given covid-19 - all other online retailer have all been amazing! Do not buy from HoF - sports direct has absolutely ruined the company! Been shopping there for over 20 years and now it’s just horrific online

Do not buy from them. Over a month after ordering and still no order. No response to customer service emails, no phone number on the website and they’ve recently disabled comments on insta. Utterly shambolic company. I’d imagine they will go out of business soon.

Disgrace is the most appropriate word I can use Place the order and good came with labels on them (sports direct) which was considerably less than what I had paid on line .... For example dress I paid £67 for cane with a £42 label on😬 When I emailed customer service it’s was just an answer of return then goods. This has lead to me returning the whole order which I really like part of ... out of principle HOF Poor customer service not to mention not compliant with trading regulations ..... RESULT I will never shop with you again !!

I ordered a treadmill on the 24th March for over £900 as my wife is on the vulnerable list and can't leave the house but loves to excersize. I have received 1 email to confirm order and then nothing for almost 4 weeks. They do not respond to customer service emails or the contact form on the website. If you are thinking about using House of Fraser you may as well withdraw the cash and set fire to it. They stole my money at the worst possible time.

I ordered weights a few weeks ago and they charged me for deliver £10 but didnt send no weight and a skipping rope which was £4. So it total I spent £14 on a skipping rope which they didnt refund my delivery as that was ment to cover the weights. Dont buy stuff from them, if they dont have in stock, they will charge you delivery no matter what and not reply back to this rip off

I ordered a Le Creuset cast iron casserole, it's my first experience with House o Fraser. My order arrived in time but there are scratches on the handles and knob. Also 3 chips on the top of lid.

I ordered a treadmill, it was available and I paid. The next day they sent me an email telling me it wasn't available, and the payment would become available in 3-5 days. They sell what they don't have, with my limited budget I had to wait days to get my money back and as a result I haven't found any treadmill elsewhere. Even 2 yoga matt ordered 1 was cancelled.
