I placed an order on 24th March for a table tennis table. Not cheap at £400. It was for my son's birthday....in May. I only ordered from House of Fraser because the website said it was in stock. Bar the email stating my order had been received nothing more.... After two weeks I tried to contact you but no phone line just a contact form with auto replies using, quite frankly, Covid-19 as an excuse. After about the third contact form being sent I finally got an email saying my order had been processed. That was on the 17th of April. But what does processed mean? No estimate whatsoever of delivery date. Further forms sent. Finally some info on 23rd April stating I'd get tracking numbers. I never did. I did get a text from SD.com. Who? Then i realised Sports Direct. No wonder I'd had such bad customer service. The table finally arrived on 25th April.... but another surprise was in store.... despite being a metal table tennis table it was broken. Opening the box I found that the table was not just dented but part of the frame had been completely ripped off. I've sent you pictures two weeks ago but apparently you're busy. It's so big I can't even take it to the tip. So more (non!)contact forms only automated replies and my son's birthday came and went. Mmmm really easy to get a present at short notice with all the shops closed. My son truly thanks you. For clarity: Covid-19 can only be used as an excuse for so much. This is just disgraceful customer service. Continually using Covid-19 as an excuse is disrespectful to those who have suffered from the virus. I used to respect House of Fraser and viewed it as a reputable company with good customer service. No more. With customer service like this you WILL go out of business. An absolute shambolic display of customer service. I realise we are mid-pandemic, but their complete lack of CS is astounding. We bought a pair of trainers, which is no longer advertised, and enquired about possible returns. This was at the start of May, and still no reply. Shocking.

The worst experience ever...I have returned an order since 02.05.2020 which costed me £186.99 and at the end I still haven't got any confirmation about that. I have tried to contact them regarding this however it's impossible to talk to anyone. Don't order from that company unless you want to stress your self.

i wish i had read all the reviews before ordering from HOF as out of a £250.00 order i have only received 3 x items shocking customer service the worst i have ever encountered as you cannot speak with anyone, its now like a pound land version of Debenhams, i always thought HOF was posh but not anymore just scammy

disgusting used to be a good company, ordered over £250.00 worth of items and only received 3, no explanation no one i can speak to in order to resolve, looks like its sports direct now and the customer service has gone down the pan, do not use this company they will rip you off

Ordered 10 mugs 2 where damaged in transit sent photos and emails asking when to expect my replacements just keep getting an email back to say it’s being processed

Awful Customer Service 😕 Ordered a table on 14 May and still no parcel. I have complained and asked for another table to be sent or a full refund, neither of which have been offered. I have ordered numerous items from other retailers recently an two were in Germany and they all arrived in a timely manner. This must be the worst online retailer out there! Be warned and shop elsewhere!!

If enough of us demand our money back from Mastercard/Visa then hopefully House of Fraser will no longer be able to take payments via them. I used to respect House of Fraser and viewed them as a reputable company with good customer service. No more. It's a shame they were ever taken over. At least if they'd gone to the wall prior to the take over they'd have gone out with their reputation intact. With customer service like this they WILL go out of business. The only difference is that their customers will be glad.

Being waiting over a month for my order. Tried calling no answer. Email 10 days ago no one has got back to me. The place Is a joke. Yet order's from flannels arrived within a week and it's owned by the same company. Can someone get back to me to say where my order is as it was a birthday present on April it's nearly June 😲😬😁

purchased an item, returned the item at my cost (which was £16) and I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks on! they are not replying to emails and there are no phone numbers to call them! im now £120 down!

I’m waiting for my order for 5 weeks, they don’t answer letters, they don’t want to return money either, all this is terrible, along the way they are scammers.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Orderd items at the end of April, quick to take the money of course. Said dispatched with Hermes, hermes said they dont have the parcel so contact HOF. Contacted HOF by email, waited the 10 days they said they'd respond to, but no response. Made a formal complaint and waited a further 12 days (today) no response. Contacted them on every available social media platform they have - no response. I've not even had an acknowledgement. By far the worst company i have ever dealt with and i will do all in my power to advise everyone against using your company. Not that you'll care of course. Shambolic - reported to ombudsman.

I put an order, over 350 worth, on May 3rd. Received two emails that it was dispatched - still have not received it. The courier company apparently have not received it. I've emailed about 8 times - nothing back. This is theft - plain and simple. The money comes put - are they pulling off the biggest scam ever abd just taking our money? If the order is not received within 30 days they are in breach of EU regulations. Disgraceful.

Very bad experience! I have ordered from them, everything turn ok with order process and when delivered with Hermes, the courier send email that delivered it instead haven’t received it. I contacted Hermes, House of Fraser and haven’t be able to solve the problem after multiple emails sent to them. They replied once and that’s it without clear explanation. Don’t care about their customers! They don’t even have a contact number to be able to sort issues easily!

Very poor, took 5 days to ship item, then i get an email 3 days later saying poduct has been left at front door with a photo of a parcel ourside someone else front door I checked up and down the street to see if i could see this door and its def not anywhere ner my place. When are companies going to stop using poor services like Hermes??? I'll never use house of fraser again

Very bad customer service at all !!! No reaction on my emails, send it already many times.I bought some clothes but i havent reseive my items they do not react ! Be aware of this warehouse. The website does not work. Worst experience with them. Newer i recomend to buy from this s... company .

I ordered a jumper and it said it had been delivered to my address when it hadn’t. None of my neighbours took it in. I am absolutely furious with the company, it is a disgrace to the British high street. There is a disgusting lack of customer service and respect to the buyers. I will not be buying from them and I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

Horrendous, ordered two pairs of boots from them in the sale in different sizes, one pair arrived in a different size to the one I ordered so didn't fit - sent these back and am yet to receive a refund 2 weeks later. The other paid have never arrived, despite being marked as collected. Hermes said they haven't got them and never had - have sent 3 emails to HOF and had no response - have now opened a case with PayPal against them!! I ordered these a month ago! No phone lines due to Covid, horrible bunch of crooks I will never order from them again!!

Bought a bike from House of fraser and it went faulty after 2 weeks. Tried emailing them and no reply, Went on twitter and got fob of to Sports Direct to sort it out. No reply from them either.Service is terrible.Do not buy any bikes from them

Honestly, really bad. They seemed to be a premium outlet on their website; however, upon discovery of the way items were packaged and the poor customer service quality, they were far below the standards of a standard company, let alone a premium one. They have not responded to any emails at all. Phone lines are closed. Items missing from my order, sending irregular items. Delivery was late.
