HOF40000060704773 Taking my money returned this as they sent a child’s top instead of adults top then returned they then haven’t given me the money back and rerun of email. Fraud alert!

Avoid!!! I am still waiting for a refund for an item that was not received. It’s been almost 3 months and I have emailed them 4 times. Poor customer service

Do not buy online from HoF! Joke of a company, poor policies and even worse customer service. I recieved a faulty item, followed their procedures to the letter to get all of my money back and have only recieved a partial refund leaving me out of pocket £30 with nothing to show for it!

I ordered a birthday present on line, I have never received it, Customer service lines do not work and four emails are unanswered. HOF have banked my £80.00 and I have nothing to show for it, I will never shop with them again and they used to be a favourite store. My advice do not buy online from this company.

My order had wrong postcode on parcel and never got delivered, it has been sent back to house of fraser, I have had no contact from them about this. I only know my parcel was returned by following hermes tracker. I have looked online for a customer service email address or telephone number with no luck as phone lines are closed due to covid 19.

I used to value House of Fraser as a brand, however my recent experience has left me unimpressed. I ordered some crockery online - the parcel arrived and my order was in pieces. I went through the lengthy automated response customer services to be told it was no longer in stock and a refund would be made to me. I then placed a second order online, only to have the same thing happen. My order has arrived smashed to pieces. Why there was no bubble wrap or protective packaging I do not know. I will not be ordering online with HoF again

Ordered a table tennis table set and monies were taken from my acct that day. No other communication other than order acknowledgement. I had a strange text in the week re a deliver from S-D with a link. I ignored the message as I had no idea of its source and had nothing ordered from S-D. Having read reviews this morning on House of Fraser I see their goods are delivered direct from Sports Direct. I went back to my message and clicked the link and heh presto it’s my table tennis table. Requested delivery for this Monday so fingers crossed! Poor customer service but pleased I will finally get my delivery!

What a joke... Ordered stuff online, got products from other shops with labels sticked on top. Sizes and colours don't even match... Online support throws errors and doesn't allow you to submit queires. Absolute joke of a store. Never again. 0/5

Taken my money and even tho order got to the courier, but they returned due to being damaged I have not heard anything for a £500 order or been told my order is on it's way etc , they dont have a phone number , filled a ticket inn and 14 days later still nothing

I ordered with HOF on the 12.4.20 for my daughters birthday and payed for next day deliver and still waiting for it, between them and Hermes with not one reply to my emails. Shocking service

Order submitted in error trying to cancel sent 15 emails no response Rang bank to stop payment via paypal. Said got to wait for them to apply for funds. Email back saying order being processed will take 10 days. How difficult is it to cancel. Never again will I order via this company. No refunds only credit notes. Will seek further legal advice as tried numerous times to cancel to no avail. Order not processed or sent out yet. Grrrr

Purchased a gift for a birthday on Thursday 30th April and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday 2nd May- Sunday 3rd May as 3rd was the recipients birthday. Was charged £6.99 for delivery and still no sign of the item, have had to apologise to the recipient that they have not received their gift. Having to wait and see if my order will ever arrive. Will not order from HOF again.

ordered goods for next day delivery on Thursday and they still haven't come and its Saturday night. they are in breech of contract as I have paid for my goods on my credit card . they use awful delivery company called Hermes who have nothing but bad reviews online .i will be contacting credit card company and claiming delivery costs back and will strongly recommend that you think twice before buying from house of fraser because of the couriers they use. I wont buy from them again online

HOUSE OF Fraser have become absolutely awful. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Having received a faulty product (as usual these days) they have refused to organise replacement and are now telling me to contact different departments to ask for HELP when they could do it. Crazy!! No customer service phone line or live chat and extremely slow to reply to emails.... expect over a week for replies at least!
