They have this ridiculous return policy where you can’t return your purchase to store. You have to return it via mail even tho you ordered it through click and collect. It’s a joke. I will not return, given there are so many other places to shop.

When the package arrived there was a security tag still attached. The pouch the underwear was in had burst and couldn’t be fixed.

I have always been impressed with HOF. However, the quality of the service and the goods was awful. I ordered on Saturday and paid £7.99 for next day delivery - the first order arrived on Monday and the rest on Tuesday. HOF always packaged and sent their goods with a premium service, all folded and wrapped in tissue - these items were screwed up, had obvious been tried on and sent back numerous times and one item had a huge hole in the back. I sent all bar one item back and I am awaiting my refund - of which it cost me £10 to send back - will not be using again. Very poor

Ordered a gents t-shirt in sale at £35 was sent the same t-shirt only it was marked faulty and was reduced to £24.50, this is the second time I have received faulty goods, not happy

I ordered a pair of jeans online and paid an extra £9 for next day delivery. Whilst the jeans were delivered on time they arrived with the security tag still attached. It meant I then had to drive into Edinburgh city centre, pay for parking and get the security tag removed from your jenners store in Edinburgh. Not exactly what you expect when you order online and pay extra for next day delivery. Very poor.

Our crystal glasses arrived in a plastic posting bag. 2 managed to remain intact. Replacements were in a worse condition. Didn’t arrive next day delivery as I paid for. However Customer service team were good and refunded everything. Don’t buy anything breakable from them though

Not happy with any part of the experience. The item was delivered late, I'd paid for Next day. Item was damaged, had marks and pulls in the jumper, so I returned to store. Told I had to have a credit note and not a refund. The return used 20 min of my break as the system wouldn't find my item code. I will never use this store again now. Tried to complain on website but wouldn't send. Laughable really !!

Shocking customer service Item arrived in a completely battered and damaged box and was completely unfit for its purpose as a gift. Customer service agent insisted I pay return shipping dispute it arriving in such terrible condition. Didn’t help me at all when contacted. Will not be shopping again at House of Fraser

Late delivery by hermes-absolutely useless delivery company.i sent 5 messages to HOF and was totally ignored.trying to get through to a human on the phone is an impossible task.bunch of amateurs ran by the biggest amateur of them all-mike Ashley.

Wow! I cant believe my luck first order send out the wrong item which i paid next day delivery for ! Then i had to pay postage to return it. In a week i place another order they sent the item out with a security tag on it. Very bad customer service and the the quality of the products are very poor. Not going to be using they services any more. Lost they class nice being apart of sports and soccer. I have ill health and anxiety and all this returning goods ect does have a impact on my health hence why i ordered online to avoid going out.

Recently ordered a timberland jacket for my son in the sale. It just arrived and is not the jacket pictured. In fact if is not even Timberland! It is some cheap knock off, all labels within the jacket have been cut out just has a price tag tied to the coat peg hook. Can not get hold of anyone so will have to pay for the postage to return the item. Abosolutely shocked at what i have been sent and praying i get a refund but not holding much hope for that after reading all these reviews. Compeletely disgusted, please do not buy from HOF its not worth it!

I ordered a coat for my daughter and picked click and collect, I was charged £4.99 plus petrol to collect from a store, which was ridiculous, but due to not being able to get the coat from anywhere else I did it. Unfortunately it didn't fit her so I had to send it back and I had to fund that too, it cost be another £4.90. So it cost me nearly £10 plus petrol for 1 order. I have ordered from other retailers and I have been able to pick up and give back to the store if unsuitable at no cost. I think you need to review how your pick up service works, but I won't be ordering again until this changes.

This is the worst shop ever. Customer service is pathetic. I ordered online they sent the wrong goods faulty goods refused to refund my card as l ordered online and returned instore. You cannot get a replacement order online as their website is constantly not working properly now l am lumbered with 2 separate credit notes and no way of ordering .There is no telephone Customer services and they don't respond properly to emails.This is one lousy scam company that's quickly going to fail.

No order cofirmation for a two weeks, I emailed them twice but no response. item arrived after four weeks and i opened it and it was opened by someone which is over 200pounds neckless.looks like it was returned item by previous .i will not order from them anymore! totally changed oparation ,it is not because of Covid19

I think there is a new scam operating from House of Fraser online with their carrier Hermes. I was sent a 14 digit reference number so I could track my parcel. Hermes contacted me to say there is a problem with them delivering my item and in order to track I have to give them a 16 digit ref number. Neither HOF or Hermes are answering phones or emails to try to rectify this 'error' - please DO NOT buy anything online from HOF. I'm contacting BBC's 'You've Been Scammed' programme to warn others.
