I ordered a coat for my daughter and picked click and collect, I was charged £4.99 plus petrol to collect from a store, which was ridiculous, but due to not being able to get the coat from anywhere else I did it. Unfortunately it didn't fit her so I had to send it back and I had to fund that too, it cost be another £4.90. So it cost me nearly £10 plus petrol for 1 order. I have ordered from other retailers and I have been able to pick up and give back to the store if unsuitable at no cost. I think you need to review how your pick up service works, but I won't be ordering again until this changes.

This is the worst shop ever. Customer service is pathetic. I ordered online they sent the wrong goods faulty goods refused to refund my card as l ordered online and returned instore. You cannot get a replacement order online as their website is constantly not working properly now l am lumbered with 2 separate credit notes and no way of ordering .There is no telephone Customer services and they don't respond properly to emails.This is one lousy scam company that's quickly going to fail.

No order cofirmation for a two weeks, I emailed them twice but no response. item arrived after four weeks and i opened it and it was opened by someone which is over 200pounds neckless.looks like it was returned item by previous .i will not order from them anymore! totally changed oparation ,it is not because of Covid19

I think there is a new scam operating from House of Fraser online with their carrier Hermes. I was sent a 14 digit reference number so I could track my parcel. Hermes contacted me to say there is a problem with them delivering my item and in order to track I have to give them a 16 digit ref number. Neither HOF or Hermes are answering phones or emails to try to rectify this 'error' - please DO NOT buy anything online from HOF. I'm contacting BBC's 'You've Been Scammed' programme to warn others.

Terrible customer service, I received wrong items, I returned them and they refused to give me a refund or the products I paid for. Never shopping here again !!!

Wrong item sent. It happens. Returned for an exchange and they send me the exactly same wrong item... Now they are not even refunding the shipping they initially offered to pay but never heard back from anyone. Now I am stuck with wrong item I spent over £££.

Ordered an expensive item for next day delivery. Paid an extra £10 for this. Took 5 days to deliver and wont respond to emails.

I bought 8 items online from House of Fraser. 5 of the items I had to take back then they refuse to refund my money and give me a credit note .This is one lousy scam company. No wonder they are on on the edge of bankruptcy they deserve it. I ordered on Monday 1am for guaranteed next day delivery got ripped off for £7.99 Items took 3 days to get to me another scam. Customer services don't even answer the phone.

soon as sport direct own it, it be come a worse service of HOF, Bad customer service ever, no response for customer inquiry, I place an order of £98 on 31st July 2020, plus I paid £4.99 for delivery unfortunately I haven't received my order yet 7th August 2020, Also I order from H&M on 2nd August 2020 for £72 no delivery charge received the order on 6th August 2020, What's the point for me to pay £4.99 if I have to wait for more than a week. However: the worse changes of HOF online order you can't get refund, they'll give you credit note which mean you have to spend that to HOF again, or you have to post to their warehouse and they'll refund you, What rubbish Business plan,

Disgusted at the total lack of service. I bought a perfume that arrives smashed and after 4 emails i received zero response. I think they are about to go bust and dont care. DO NOT BUY from HOF, you will loose your money.

Worst experience ever! Not only did we not receive the goods that were ordered but all efforts to resolve the matter appear to fall on deaf ears. After more than a month and repeated attempts to contact the company by email and their online chat service, we have failed to get any replies. We are so shocked. No wonder this company is on the brink!!!

I placed an order, they didn’t have an item in stock but rather than refund me MY money they stuck the refund on to a House of Fraser e-voucher and have refused to respond to any of my emails asking for the money to go back on my card. Crooks.

Very unhelpful assistant in the children’s area ( boys section).we Our granddaughter with us and wanted to look at something in Barbour for her brother but the assistant was very aggressive and made us feel like we were being a nuisance. I couldn’t wait to leave and definitely won’t be back.

I received half my order and have now sent 6 e-mails chasing over 8 weeks. Have not had even the curtesy of a response even though I have asked them twice to raise this as a complaint. I wont order from them again. Trading.standards need to be looking into HofF"s practices they are shocking

0 STARS IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT AN OPTION!!!! I placed an order on the 7th June2020 and i am currently still waiting on my order!!! Its july 9th 2020. I have sent a ridiculous number of emails and not received a single reply/response. I decided to contact MyHermes as the order shows on it way to the courier. MyHermes emailed me back straight away saying to contact the retailer. I Have continued contacting house of fraser for a refund and no reply!!! This is THE WORST experience i have ever have had with an online order. I expect this from Debenhams but not House of Fraser when i have spent nearly £300!!!! This is Unacceptable and i am still waiting for a response so i can request a refund and take me money elsewhere!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID HOUSE OF FRASER,

After visiting your Glasgow store on Sunday I am disgusted at the attitude and work ethic of the perfume staff. They would clearly prefer to be on furlough instead of working as we were blatantly ignored us turned their backs as they were too busy chatting. We waited for over 5 minutes and eventually asked if someone could sell us buy the perfume we wanted only to be told that the staff at Tom Ford we either at the toilet or away for lunch and they didn't know when they’d be back. I would have thought any member of perfume could have sold us the perfume as has happened on previous occasions but I’m clearly mistaken. Working within the store is clearly a great hassle for the staff and if that is how they feel perhaps they should make way for staff that would love their jobs as I’m sure there are plenty looking right now. I have been a regular customer for 40 years and spend thousands in store and online however I will be taking my business elsewhere. On this occasion Fraser’s lost out on £420 and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now.

I have spent a small fortune with HOF over the years but will never use them again. An issue with my online order has still not been sorted out after around 10 attempts to contact them. They send loads of promotional emails all the time but cannot even be bothered to get back to their customers. I know the pandemic has made things difficult but other companies are not treating their paying customers with such total disregard.

Appalling service, with no means of communicating. Thieves that's all they are, take take and give nothing in return. Cannot face up to their mistakes and certainly haven't a clue how to communicate with their customers. Have been robbed by them and they think they can get away with it, they obviously are by reading the rest of these similar emails. Stay away!
