“I paid postage to receive the goods but did not expect to have to pay to return an item in this day most companies do not charge postage over a certain figure and almost all returns are free so that is the last time I will buy from house of Fraser. Only gave 3 stars as the return of money was quick otherwise would have been 1 star”

“Nice range of products, paid for premium next day delivery but only part of the order turned up. Also ignoring that it’s not free to return items which don’t fit. Reluctant to buy again. Would prefer to shop elsewhere with a free returns policy.”

“Sadly most retailers online have a policy of free returns. House of Fraser does not. In addition a belt was missing from a dress I bought which was supposed to be sent to me. Still waiting.”

“Happy with my purchase but the online experience is extremely poor if you need to exchange anything this will involve a trip to the local store as the online site is dismal and doesn't function properly .”

“Quick delivery, unfortunately, it appears that the bra I purchased, although new, had clearly been stored unsuccessfully was very grubby, and had to be washed before I could wear it. I ordered the same bra from John Lewis which was pristine. Sorry HOF, must do better.”

“I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and items were delivered three days after the date. When I went to return items, I found I had to pay for their return. As they were expensive items I ended up paying for tracking with cost another £15. So ... although I bought a sale item in effect it wasn’t much cheaper by the time I had paid x2 postage”

“I have received the items on time and everything was as expected. However, I have asked for a refund more than a week ago and still awaiting to receive an email confirming the refund.”

“Good products at a competitive price. Delivery is expensive, but was quicker than advised. Would prefer a free delivery option, upon spending a certain amount. Attempted to take items back to store, to exchange, but items were a different price in store which caused some complication. The staff were very pleasant and resolved this issue for me.”

“Ordered 5 polo's, one turned up wrong size, and 3 were extremely crumpled and covered in dust, that said, the wrong sized one was exchanged very quickly and turned up in a much better state, disappointed”

“Service is usually good but this time wasnt happy I ordered a slim fit jean and got sent a straight jean which I'm stuck with as it costs to send it back”
