“I think the range is wide and impressive. I am disappointed that there is a charge for delivery, when so many other websites and companies over free delivery. I also think that there is no facility to talk to someone about personalised query. On trying recently to ascertain if my birthday discount had been applied, I went round in circles, as the automated options did not align with my particular query.”

“The service was really good received my items when said, but I wasn't impressed I needed to pay postage for the returns. I order a few dresses for my son's wedding in August so parcel was quite heavy, I did keep one dress. I won't be ordering from House of Fraser again due to this.”

“I was happy with the choice and offers available. But it's utterly bonkers you charged me postage when I spent nearly £300. And then you also charge for returns and they have to go back via a post office. No wonder House of Fraser is considered out of touch. You can do better, guys. I won't use you for online shopping again because of this.”

“I love House of Fraser as they have so much choice, with brands I love. What I don’t like is that to order online you always have to pay for postage and then you have to pay to return the items you don’t like. You can’t even return online orders in store. House of Fraser if you dropped the postage charges I’m sure more people would order from your website.”

“I ordered jeans in my normal size but they were too big. I had already paid for them to be delivered and then found I had to pay for the cost of return as well so not very happy and would put me off ordering again”

“Order came on time but when you view on line its hard to tell the color. So i sent them back which in total for delivery and return cost me recorded delivery which was recomended by HoF cost me £19.00....outragus never again.”

“Fast delivery and easy to order. However I have emailed customer services twice and have had no reply. This was in regards to adding my recognition points to my online order as there was no facility to add them whilst ordering and postage costs on returns when you are paying for postage to receive the goods. The costs of returns negates any savings made on the items ordered and will stop me ordering from them going forward.”

“Ordered some trainers in the sale at a very good price, however I’m Slightly disappointed that they are obviously ex-display (wasn’t mentioned in the description.) One shoe is slightly yellow and not white, and the brand logo inside has almost worn off. Not quite what I expected from a high end store.”
