“Radley Handbag - Expensive Signature version reduced by30% in Flash Sale. All okay but simply arrived in plastic bag, without any packaging to protect it. Having bought direct from Radley & HOF in the past that arrived boxed I expected some protection even if it was just bubble wrap. This was bought as a gift so looked very tacky...despite being worth £270!!!”

“Great jacket though had to get bigger size not that generous, excellent quick delivery. Rather disappointed that I had to pay delivery and return postage which came to nearly £10 so thinking I was getting a bargain backfired. Won’t be buying online from here again.”

“I love my new, but I'd like it better and maybe use your website more if didn't have to pay for delivery AND returns. HOF need to get in line with most other online stores.”

“Great delivery times.Returns a different matter having to pay postage to return items can prove costly M&S free returns to store from online purchases far superior.”

“Everything is great , very efficient delivery , it’s when you have a faulty item it all falls down, one item completely wrong size with the wrong tag attached , the other still had a security tag attached, I’ve attempted to speak to someone 5 times now with no success at all, web chat is rubbish , they start a chat then just don’t respond after a while, it’s like they get board of talking to you,”

“After spending over £100 on the website I still had to pay for delivery and return cost. Most clothing sites offers free delivery and returns with much less money spent. Some of the clothing items were actually good quality but dis not fit well.”

“While I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, it was disappointing that the jacket I bought still had the security tag on it when it arrived. Unfortunately, as there are no House of Fraser stores in Dublin, I cannot bring the jacket into a store for them to remove it. Now I have the hassle of returning the item and ensuring that I'm refunded for postage. Not ideal.”

“Ordered an Armani Exchange T-shirt, delivery was quick to my local click and collect. It’s exactly how it is on the picture, true to size, really good looking t-shirt, but unfortunately the one was sent to me had a minor fault. It was meant to be an Eid gift so not wrapping it but sending it back.”

“Your delivery company always delivers tableware broken. Before I changed it in your Oxford street brunch without problems. I didn’t wish to be dissatisfied again because of it I did it myself. Next week I decided to change a broken tea pot in the nearest brunch on Victoria street, but a shop assistant said me that she can’t do it and I have to send it to you by post. At the end she accepted my exchange for another more expensive model.”

“Had the same item go missing twice thanks to Hermes (moral of the story: don't order on Friday for weekend delivery). Got the item in the end and, to be fair, HoF Customer Services handled things well when I could get through to them, but having Hermes in the delivery chain is a pain when HoF don't offer alternative delivery options.”

“I bought the Babolat Jet Mach 2 tennis shoes. I had read already it runs big so ordered a size up and they fit really well. The only disappointment was the colours weren't as advertised online- the 'babolat' was in green rather than pink and the laces appeared blue online but are more green. But other than that the shoes are great, stylish but also practical. I just bought some different shoe laces separately in my preferred colour and I'm happy overall”

“I love House of Fraser stores, especially Kendal’s in Manchester. Your on line not so much. Most on line shops have free returns, you don’t. I recently ordered on line some Estée Lauder eye cream, on the description it said free gift with this product. I didn’t receive any free gift. It may have been because I partially paid with Recognition Points, but who knows, no explanation.”

“Well only problem I have is when you spend over £600 you would think the postage would be free, and any returns would be too. But no. That’s my only issue.”
