Ordered 2 polo shirts over a week and still not arrived

ordered a fair bit of clothes from the store, delivery company stole my parcel and and claimed it was lost. If I receive the order eventually I might be more positive, however the customer service is less than satisfactory and the staff need better training. Whilst polite they don't seem to have the necessary information to help customers which indicates poor management. The staff need better training and the company needs to review its relationship with its courier service who are notorious for stealing parcels.

Unfortunately my experience was let down by poor communication, failure to follow through on promises and lack of paperwork. I have now finally got my products but not in the time frame originally agreed and now having to pay to return the items. I am disappointed

Why can't you talk to them to explain when something goes wrong. A complete customer service experience requires human decisions and empathy and actions beyond pressing keys on a computer system

I had to pay shipping costs for both delivery and returns. Too expensive in this age of internet shopping to expect payment both ways on a £200 order. HoF need to rethink this as it has put me off ordering g from them on the future

Very disappointed with service. I bought a makeup product which was part of a free gift offer. I received the makeup product but not the free gift. I complained via email but have not received a reply or the free gift

Good collection of different designer clothes to choose from. Delivery not so quick. Returns not good as customer has to pay royal mail postage

Since it was taken over by Sports Direct this app is so bad. You pay for deliveries and retur ns your self and when you send items back it never shows your refund. I have to chase it to get it which I'm still awaiting for it. I would be very careful using this App.

Sent an email about my order 2 weeks ago - still no reply. Most online companies offer free delivery these days when you spend a good amount with them but HOF don't which isn't great either. I wouldn't want to buy from here again.

Very poor service. Paid for next day delivery & items didn’t arrive. Instead of refunding me my money I was given a code to use on my order - I think that’s cheeky, so I had to write requesting my monies be refunded. Items finally arrived and 2 were faulty, I contacted customer service again for a pre paid label as I didn’t see why I should have to pay to return faulty goods, despite their promises to send this label I’m still waiting. I will think seriously about ever using HOF online services again. Thank goodness the shops are opening again soon.

I ordered a size 12 in both the two Ralph Lauren dresses I ordered, but received the american size 12 in one of them, ( which is a size 16 in Ireland )which means that I have to incur the cost of having to return it to you. Very disappointed, and, especially, as it was the 'favourite' of the two dresses.Very disappointing. On the plus side, I received the items very quickly.

Paid for next day delivery but items were split up and delayed - whilst I have been given free delivery on a future order this was a real inconvenience. Additionally when I received one of the packages the item was faulty so overall not a good experience especially when unlike lots of other companies I then have to pay to return the items.Not sure I would order online again.
