My order arrived promptly and seemed of good quality. Ordered size Large as advertised on website would be size 14. When arrived it turned out to be a large was size 16-18. Had to go through returning item but did get a free returns label from them which helped. Am waiting for correct size to arrive hopefully. Website still says Small (10). Medium (12) and Large (14).☹️

Quick delivery but think it's bad there are no free delivery or returns as having to send the stuff back after you have tried them on and find out they don't fit is quite costly

Nice jumper, good quality. Size comes up very small though. Have had to exchange for a bigger size and had to pay for return postage

Not the worst service, I was given a “free next day delivery” discount code because one of my parcels had been delayed to the next day and when I tried to use it THE VERY NEXT DAY the code had expired, but of a joke if you ask me.

SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR A PARTICULAR TYPE OF ESTER LAUDER PERFUM, I FOUND A NUMBER OF SOURCES, ALL CHARGING THE SAME PRICE. THE ONLY ONE DIFFERENT WAS HOUSE OF FRASER WHICH OFFERED WITH IT A "FREE GIFT". I HAVE NOT DEALT WITH HOF PREVIOUSLY. I EXPECTED NOTHING MORE THAN A SMALL VIAL OF A DIFFERENT PERFUME, BUT PLACED AN ORDER. THE ORDER WAS EXECUTED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY , AND THE PERFUME ARRIVED , SAFELY PACKED AND ON TIME. BUT NO "FREE GIFT". NOT THEND OF THE WORLD BUT I HAE BEING CONNED.

Ordered a large order of branded items for my husband, on to find when getting to checkout that you have to pay for delivery. Disappointing considering the amount I spent. And returns are not free unless items are faulty. That’s ridiculous. Even more so during COVID. Also when my order arrived the boxes inside were damaged, my order should have been packed in a box, bot a bag. I worked in HoF and I recall it being high on customer service. Shame I didn’t feel I got that.

I am still waiting for my order which I placed 19/04/21 even though I have had an email to say it has been dispatched and when tried to contact via email, would not let me submit! Could someone advise how I am to contact to see where my parcel is please?

Received my parcel which was quick but unfortunately one item still has the security tag on, very inconvenient as now having to find time to go to the store to have it removed.

Unfortunately I am going to return the item bought recently due to a fault on it. I wanted to speak to someone to get some advice but try as I may after scrawling through the web sites I could not find a phone number for customer services.The question and answer section did not cover my query. I found the process very frustrating. I probably won’t order from House of Fraser again.

The first parcel I received had the handbag I had been waiting for, only it also had a nice big security tag on. I contacted House of Fraser x2 but still no outcome. Bit disappointing when you are buying designer items.

Unfortunately I received a pair of shoes that had been worn and had a mark in them. I have sent them back at my own cost, I have asked about reimbursement of my postage but I have had not response! It seems very unusual these days to have to pay for returns

I bought 5 items and returned 2 items as the size were small. I was refunded for the Boss T-shirt that cost £35.00 and not for the Boss flannel top that Cost £80.00. Why????

House of Fraser needs to do free returns like many of its competitors in the retail industry today. As the cost of returning something can be expensive for the customer. I’d like this to happen as it would provide online buyers with more cost efficient confidence when buying something from your online store. That’s why you received 2 out of 5 stars today. Also I’m not a fan of how you’re stores have become in the last year. There’s too many cheaper brands on offer in fact half of your stock in store has now become sports direct. People have been shopping at house of Fraser for years. & they expect quality clothing not cheap rubbish from sports direct. I feel as if house of Frasers name has been neglected. Since it was taken over almost two years ago. Shopping in store now will never be the same as it once was.

I will not be ordering from you again, as I have paid some £14 to receive and return the order (worth over £200) as the items did not fit. Other companies do not charge for postage, particularly when the value is beyond a certain limit.

Ordered barbour jacket cost £75 then had to pay £5 delivery was too small have since been told you should order a size larger in barbour. Exchanged it for larger size and had to pay a further £4.20 postage . Really not happy at paying for delivery and exchange costs of £9.20 on an item that cost £75

1st coat was bigger than the sizes suggested. Replacement smaller size had marks on, a used tissue in one pocket & half a screw in the other. It cost me £8 to return the bigger one.
