I am extremely disappointed with the service from house of fraser. I ordered the estee lauder block buster at a reduced price of £69 when I spent £46 on estee lauder. I paid extra for postage for Christmas eve within the guaranteed time frame. I later recieved an email cancelling the main part (blockbuster) and so I tried to cancel the whole order via email. I had no response and then the other 2 estee lauder items were delivered 3 days late on 27th Dec! So £7.99 was wasted on delivery too. I then had to pay £2.90 to return the half order I recieved and sent another email... Still ignored. So overall, main part of order cancelled, charged extra for guaranteed postage which was 3 days late and 2 emails ignored. Terrible!!!

Very disappointed. Paid for next day delivery. Week on still nothing other than a email from courier saying they have parcel. Chased courier up and they said Contact house if Fraser and when I did they said contact courier. 🤬

I tried to order a pair of Radley trainers but delivery kept coming up as £9.99 because it was an oversized order. How can a pair of trainers warrant 2 people to deliver it!!

Ordered a dressing gown for my daughter’s birthday and paid extra for next day delivery and it did arrive but without the belt...I emailed and was told one has been requested but I haven’t received any update. I feel that before dispatching products they should be checked that they are in tact first.

Was apparently lost in transit so another was sent. I received no notification about this so contacted House of Fraser which is when they sent another one. Very poor packaging, looks like it had been stood on a few times. I have requested a refund. 😠

I have not received this order and I have contacted customer services without any reply! These were Christmas presents so little too late now! Would appreciate someone contacting me to discuss!

Made an order before Xmas and paid for next day delivery . Nothing arrived even though delivery was guaranteed on the order . That was 12 days ago . No goods , no explanation and no refund despite numerous emails to try and found out what is going on !

Ordered some items for Xmas presents of which two out of five arrived. Had to give IOU’s instead. Despicable considering you were promising Xmas delivery 😠

I made a complaint direct to HOF regarding them failing to meet next day delivery which I paid a lot for. They completely ignored my complaint and instead asked me to leave them a review.

Poor service, bad customer service, pointless paying for next day delivery, delivery takes longer than it suppose to. No No reply from customer service after 5 emails, after a late reply and I really bad delivery service. they will give you free delivery on your next order?? I won’t order here again

my whole order was muddled up said was cancelled no record of ever ordering my items. then reordered the stuff again a week later when realised.. been charged for both orders with no record of the first , order number doesn't coincide with my order and cant call as they don't have a number and the web chat they say use isnt there sent email with no reply no wonder they going into administration

I’m absolutely disgusted that you charge to return goods especially as you charge delivery !! I certainly will not be using your online service again !! I’ll use Fenwicks or John Lewis !

Dreadful service. Will never use online House of Fraser again. It took 2 months for my order (£109.99 Jumpsuit) to arrive after numerous phone calls to a non existing phone line. Two emails and 1 threatening email to go to court. My order finally arrived, but it was badly marked at the bottom of the trouser, so it’s going straight back!

Bought 2 shirts from them and paid £4.99 for postage. But when it arrived, it was too big, like size 16 instead of 12. I have to returned it. And again have to pay postage £8.80 for Royal Mail tracking.

I placed an order for cosmetics with House of Fraser on 20th December but i still have not received it 11 days later, this is disgraceful and i am very disappointed with this service.

I’ve placed an order on 23 December and I still have not received it. An email form Hermes today telling me there is a delay and it shows a wrong delivery address. I have placed another two orders from John Lewis and both arrived within 5 days. Similar things happened before and I’m so so disappointed with House of Fraser.

I have to say the customer service needs a serious overhaul very poor .To be honest my last 3 experiences has certainly made me question whether I will shop at HOF again . Sad to say that but things need to be sorted
