I ordered a pair of Hugo Boss trainers from House of Fraser as a birthday present for my husband and paid for express delivery. I received faulty shoes and two different sizes in one box. I had to cover the costs of return which with delivery costs came up to around 15% of the value of the goods! I have left a negative review on the HoF website twice and both attempts were blocked /not posted. I reached out to customer services with a complaint and am yet to hear back after 3 days. I am highly disappointed with the goods which were meant to be a high end product and also lack of communication from the customer services.

Missing item, company took four days to email me back. Asking me to send images of the items I did receive in order to proceed with my claim??? Absolute joke, do not use this service under any circumstances

I received the wrong item (a pullover instead of trousers) and have already paid VAT on receiving the parcel in Iceland. This is going to cause me a major trouble of trying to return the wrong product etc. by post and claim a repayment from HoF and repayment of the VAT from the Taxman. Do I recommend House of Fraser? Hardly.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered a coat. Zip was faulty belt was missing. Had to pay £6.20 to return it myself! No one responds when you contact customer service to complain. A joke! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Really disappointed by the service I received from House of Fraser. Paid for next day delivery but my package arrived almost a week later. Emailed the customer support team 3x but still no reply. Will avoid in future.

The item had obviously been previously sent to another customer and returned as when i opened the bag the jumper was scrunched up half coming out of its packaging with the internal protective tissue paper completely ripped. HOF hadnt even bothered to repackage or even fold the item before sending on to me

I ordered bridesmaid dresses, all for £64 in a sale. One came without a beaded lace layer at the top. With a fault tag on it that said, 'fault, no beaded lace, cant be sold, £10' I contacted customer services, sent photos and heard nothing since. That was a week ago. I wouldt upload the photos but I click on the link and nothing happens.

Made an order for an expensive Barbour coat (size 12 ) £200 and when i had checked out and emailed confirmation the size was changed to XS. I emailed customer services immediately and they said there was nothing I could do as it was already being processed Very disappointed having spent £7 postage for next day delivery and now having to pay £5 to return the coat as it’s too small. I’m £12 out of pocket and still no coat.

Worst service I have received from a retailer on line Placed an order over £200 on the 27th and paid extra for next day delivery, today 5th jan and still no update after enrolling HOF three times and Hermes only automated responses Now raised a complaint with my credit card company as they are the only people I can actually speak to as if you call HOF you either get cut off or it just rings out for ages then kills the line Will not use them again when I get my money back and they can keep their goods

I have been trying to get a refund for a parcel I ordered on 17th Dec and paid next delivery for. Your customer service is non existent. I have emailed a dozen times, no one replies. Your products are great. Your sale, amazing. But without any help if there's an issue, this leaves customers very frustrated. I was reluctant, but made a second order to try to replace what I'd brought. Unfortunately some was out of stock. The first order had Christmas gifts in, which I couldn't replace as I went into Teir 4 with Covid restrictions. I'm still owed over £160 and it's 19 days later .... Have tried to contact Hermes but they say initial delay was caused by house of fraser and by the looks of things, this is now lost. My daughter eventually got someone to reply on Twitter ..... they have been equally unhelpful. I can't imagine this review will come as a surprise to you .... as since this has started, I've looked at your reviews and they are all similar to mine. All with the same issues, no product delivered, but impossible to get a refund as no-one ever replies to customer complaints.

bought barbour wax jacket xxl 52-54 chest no good cant even zip it up im a 49 inch chest dont know how they can say its xxl very dissapointed waiting for refund backto my credit card

Returning this bag as it was falsely advertised as 100% luxury quilted leather when in fact it's 100% polyurethane. Disappointed as it was a gift.
