I could not believe how expensive it was to return some items. Never before have I paid to return goods. I spent over £50 with you and yet I had to pay postage for delivery of the goods and then £8 to return some items. My initial order was for £182. I don’t think there are many stores that would have charged delivery on that amount of money. I used to love shopping in the House of Fraser stores but of course that is not possible at the moment. Anyway I will be unsubscribing from your emails in future. From one unhappy customer.

Had to pay for delivery and it took four days. Items did not fit and I had to pay to send it back, shocking.

Very disappointed. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to amend the order even though the order hasn’t been transacted. If returning items bought online, you’re required to pay for own postage.

Terrible service. Advised that the order has been dispatched by HOF and several days later the shipper still has no record of the shipment. Complained to customer service and nobody responded. I would appreciate any help you can give. Order reference is HOF40000065208968. Thanks

Ordered five parcels, received only four! Contacted customer service, who argued that all 5 parcels were delivered (even though you could clearly see from the picture courier sent that there were only 4 of them left at the doorstep), did not help to solve the issue, really rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, told me to contact my bank as they won’t refund for that missing parcel! Was using House of Fraser a lot in past, had previous instances when my parcels were delivered to neighbours across the road (without a note or anything) even though I was at home. But after this case won’t ever be using them again! Don’t recommend to anyone! Stay away from this scam!

Extremely annoying. Every time I order a breakable from house of Fraser it is sent so poorly packaged that it is ALWAYS broken. How do I return these things? Eg all kitchenware so far.

Part of my order is missing but I have been charged. The customer service is atrocious as I do not receive any replies to my numerous emails regarding . There is no telephone number or wechat.

Very expensive home delivery. That is why I often change my mind for other retail companies like Next or M&S or Debenhams or others. Unless you will not reduce the price for the home delivery, you will not be able to compete

Item order on 9 February, processed and dispatched 11 February, so far so good. Then I get an email from DPD saying due date for delivery is Monday 22 February 11 days later!! Then to add salt to the wound you send the auto email for a review before I have even received the order! To add further salt this after charging £14 for the delivery!! I will be complaining and expecting a refund.

Item arrived but didn’t fit. Returns solution is poorly defined on website. Emailed for clarification and stated that the website didn’t really explain what to do. Was emailed a link to the same page on website. Very poor.

Never ever in a million years would I think about buying anything from this company again, I ordered 5 items and I only received 3, and they claimed to of done a investigation and I received a email stating your claim has been rejected. Sorry for any disappointment caused. And had the audacity to say if I wanna write a complaint I can send them a email, go on Twitter an read everyone’s tweets no one has anything nice to say about this company

Bought a purse for £54 and zip broke just 2 weeks after. Unable to get a reply from customer services, tried the website, tried emailing, sent a letter no response. Also chose a pair of gloves off the website when I ordered they took my money then said they were no longer available. Can’t find a phone number to call them. I always thought house of fraser was a well respected store.... not any more. They owe me over £80!

Ordered jacket arrived with alarm system tag still on it. Emailed costomer service no respond at all , ido t 5hi k they have costomer service plus you have to pay to retur for the item . Nonsens .
