I ordered 2 Ester Lauder products as instructed for a free gift as advertised. The items were delivered but not the free gifts. House of Fraser customer service do not want to know stating the free offer goods were out of stock. However I receive emails daily offering the free gifts I feel totally let down and frustrated at their attitude as there is no other avenue open to me to sort this out

I was asked by house of Fraser to write a review, this is whilst I have made a complaint. I am still awaiting a response as to why a bottle of Aftershave was delivered broken. At that moment I am being told they will not send a replacement nor do they care how it was broken. The service received is totally shocking from a established business.

I was order it item and paid after few days said out of stock buy I checked on the website and the item was still available. I don't understand the reason why they said the item not available??? Which it was.

I placed 2 separate orders the postage has cost me almost £30 ! Never ever will I order from them again. This current climate they should be wanting us to order online with their store but they need to sort their delivery charges out !

Wrong item. Took a few emails to establish I received a bag and not the cp beanie I ordered. No stock, no hat so refunded

Ordered some items online. İ recieved it and one item was missing, it is going to be investigated so i am waiting to hear from them. the presentation box of my two items was poor. And the items were a gift i purchased, so i was going to repacked it in a different gift box to make it look fancy and i noticed one of the items had a hole which looked like the seam wasnt sewn properly so i had to return that. When i spoke to customer service they said no i cant return it because its mens underwear although it was faulty. The customer experience i had online was awful. İ will not prefer to shop again. İnstore staff is definately polite and friendly and helpful. Order number is HOF40000065331939

Disaster - ordered Coach purse for my partner for £100, and a cheap white Adidas T-shirt arrived. Some fool had put the purse barcode on the pack and that had been shipped. HofF then refused to find and send me the product I ordered and had paid for. Still waiting for a refund, and purse now not listed on website so assume they never actually had it in stock when I ordered it!!!

I ordered a Hugo leather jacket which arrived quickly but returned it because sleeves were so long . A week later I receive the jacket back unexpectedly with a letter stating that the item has been returned back to me because it’s tag wasn’t displaying the correct product/line number that HOF use !!! I am absolutely furious after spending money to return the item and the letter insinuating that it was purchased from a different supplier . I am awaiting a response to my email but not sure how this is going to be resolved. HOF has clearly gone down in my estimation. I will not be ordering online from them again !

That’s all I’ll say is don’t bother shopping at HoF unless you’ve got plenty of money to waste! First of all I placed an order for some boots and a top in the sale, paid £4.99 delivery. Neither of the items were any good so I had to return them, didn’t realise I had to pay return postage... that cost me £11.50, I’m now £15.49 out of pocket and not a thing to show for it. My own fault and will put it down to experience but my shopping at HOF has come to a swift end.

Placed an order & payed standard delivery £4.99. Recieved a notification to say it was lost so I reordered and paid £9.99 for next day delivery even though I spent nearly £300 as i needed it for a birthday present. Original order eventually arrived with an item missing. I then had to pay to return the parcel which was more than the initial delivery charge. Customer service were rude. Will never shop with House of Fraser again.

Ordered an number of items that came in 2 parcels, I returned them all in one parcel but House of Fraser will only refund part of the order as they are denying they have received it all as the weigh is too light. I have provided proof of the weight from the post office and also the weight of the items and they still won’t refund me. Supposedly 8 waistcoats should weigh more than 2kg, not sure how this is possible when 1 waistcoat is less than 100g, also this proof has been provided. Customer service is very arrogant so I have no option but to seek legal advice via my credit card. I do not recommend this company

wont use again. plenty of other places offer free shipping and returns. seems a bit harsh when its currently impossible to go to the actual shop. £13 round trip is profiteering for HOF

Sadly I received an item in November 2020 which was not what I ordered. I was told that if I returned it I would receive a refund for the item and a refund for the cost of posting the item back to them. Sadly my postage has never been refunded. I was promised that a cheque was sent to me week commencing 7th December, it never arrived. I was promised a replacement cheque week commencing 5th January but that did not arrive. Customer services then confirmed a BACS request on 9th February but that money has not been received by me either. Please can someone refund me the cost of postage that I had to pay through no fault of my own. I've private messaged them on Facebook and emailed them a total of 22 times and 3 months later they have admitted that I'm due a refund but seemingly unable to give it.

I’ve been emailing you and house of Fraser about a product that I brought but didn’t come wit the beanie and you gave me a option weather to keep half of it which would of been 50% of my refund or to get free return and a refund back on it ever since I replied to that email you have just started to ignore my emails because I’ve replied back 3 times to that one email and still haven’t got a response from anyone controlling the house of Fraser email
