Not happy that I had to pay to return the item because of poor quality. The poor quality has nothing to do with me changing my mind yet I'm being asked to pay for registered parcel returns. I have ordered from other stores and returns are free even via Hermes, the company that delivered your item. Not good will make me think again about ordering from H o F.

Shoes were too wide. I won't be ordering again from the house of Fraser, the postage prices are too much

Very disappointing, ordered a coat online and it arrived with the security tag on, had it two weeks and can’t use it, advice to get it taken off at a local supermarket or cost to send back, first experience of House of Fraser, not great at all

I purchased a Barbour coat for my daughter’s birthday, unfortunately it came with a safety tag on, I emailed customer service and finally got a reply after 2 days telling me that I can take it to any shop that sells clothes with my receipt or I can send it back for refund for exchange . No apology at all. It cost me time and petrol to go to different shops, Sone shop don’t even enter me. Extremely bad customer service.

I thought I was buying 4 boss t-shirt and it turned out to be just one that didn't fit. It cost me £5 post to get it and £4 to return it. Cost me £9 for nothing . Won't be using house if Fraser again.

I ordered boots on line order number 232748/04/260 and paid £49.00 plus delivery charges when I went to put them on for the first time the price tag on the bottom of the boot was £70.00 reduced to £35.00 and you charged me £49.00 so I feel like I have been robbed you owe me £14.00

I have ordered a pant as a gift to my friend she received it with...the security Tag. Everyone makes mistakes but when you do you have to fix it properly, I'm gonna ask my friend to go to the shop with the invoice..come on... .answer of this company > ....... I am sorry to read that one of the items received has the security tag still attached. The item can be returned to any local store along with the invoice and they can remove the tag for you and we can refund the original p&p charge as a gesture of good will? Ordered on sat with next day delivery. Now a week later still no product, awaiting answers from email (2) . Been offered 10./. Off next order but nothing about when I will receive my order.

The delivery is expensive. Each time I ordered, some items were cancelled (out of stock) even though they were available to order again the next day. You cannot ammend that order. Returns are not free either. I'm not going to order again I'll stick with John Lewis and Next, a much more comprehensive service. Disapointed.

SHOCKING. Almost £1500 in orders (one (£800+) and I am still charged delivery and outrageously high return postage. Underwear items. Almost all the wrong ones. Same item name for numerous styles. No item number on the page so no way to compare it to the invoice. I accept I can make a mistake but FOUR tines!? Customer Service in the main useless. Finally, get ONE free return label......After I have paid to return the items. Then a £25 voucher is sent to my im=nbox.. No explanation. Tred to use it - NOT ACCEPTED. Emptied bag to start again and the system immediately processed the order, full price. I emailed immediately to cancel but I won't hold my breath. I physically shopped in House of Fraser Christmas to support the shops. Never again.

Missing item reported on the daynof delivery. I sent an email 7 days ago but have yet to hear from anyone at house of frazer regarding this matter. Zero customer service,very very poor

I purchased Two Items and went through the payment method with the postage Included and I was Emailed that the other Item Is not available.. I was not given the option of buying another Item that you have and just sent the Item! I have messaged you that I need another Item In replacement of what you don’t have to save postage but I did not get any reply!!! Really bad service!

I have been house of fraser shopper for years mostly buying in your Edinburgh store ,and buying online, I ordered a jumper which was not true to size so had to reorder £4.99 for each parcel then another £3.47 to send one back and that was second class .So £13.47 extra on my cost ,which HOFraser never applied before. Will not be using HOFraser in future.
