“I would buy again as service is as expected. Purchased items that could had spilled but they were very well packaged with tight lids and enough bubble wrap to protect on the journey. One of the products falls well below expectation as it does not do as it says it does but this is not the fault of the business, it is the fault of a dishonest manufacture, as it does not do as it says it does it is a complete waste of money.”

“I do not have a problem with house and nappies. They are really good at thare services but the Courier company they used to deliver to me has gone downhill for something. I was meant to get on a Thursday. I got on a Saturday two days after my delivery date.”

“I found House of Nappies during COVID when neccessities were hard to get. They had what I needed and I've been buying from them ever since. Easy to negotiate website, helpful, priced right and very fast, efficient service. I live in a seaside country town in Qld but I never have any problems with delivery. P.S. I am an elderley woman with no babies but they have all sorts of personal items I require and find hard to purchase in local stores. Thank you to all at House of Nappies.”
