“Extremely disappointed with the delivery service. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and over 1 week since the courier company attempted delivery. The only options for the delivery company is to be home to accept with a signature or pay extra to have it delivered to another address. You cannot collect from a pickup point. I am a single mum who works in healthcare so do not work from home. When I reached out to House of Nappies for assistance I was given zero apology and told to fix it myself. Order at your own risk.”

“They are very kind , poilte , & so very very helpful with orders & supplies always deliver on time great variety & "SUPER GREAT QUALITY "! I would always Highly recommend them as they are Great! There is nothing to complain about what so ever . Go ahead give them ago as you won't be disapointed . Once you get one delivery you will always go bck ! I am one very very happy customer that will never go else where .”

“I got Pine O Cleen Lemon Blossom Laundry Sanitiser, it was the only place I could get it from. The price was reasonable and the website was easy to Navigate. All in all very happy with House of Nappies. I used the Click and Collect, but I think next time I will have it delivered.”
