It is a heartache when I read about folks' complaints on investment without any solution to recovery of these funds. I am happy with their services and help but sometimes it can be hard to communicate with them due to heavy accent over the phone.

Today I called up hsbc spoke to an outstanding young man Hitesh mehta who felt with my enquiry with complete understanding and compassion of my daughters health problems the only person I can honestly say I spoke to from that company that couldn’t be more helpful mayb many others from this banking team should get some advice from him on how to best deal with customers .... total 100% service ... thank you hitesh 👌🏻

I've only been banking with HSBC for about 6 months and have been satisfied. Opening my accounts and getting my cards, etc. has been flawless and efficient. My only complaint is that, hard as I try, I can rarely understand the telephone customer service agents.
