“Visited HSBC this morning 10th. Meeting with Bradley D, such a nice gentleman and extremely helpful. Sorted my issues really quickly. A credit to HSBC nothing was too much trouble.”

“April 2025 A sincere and heartfelt Thank You to Alan Bunn and his colleagues in the Bishops Stortford branch of HSBC Bank. This man was totally professional and exceptionally helpful when it came to sorting out my late Mums Estate bank account and did the heavy lifting of transferring inheritance money to grandchildren. I am partially disabled with back and hip problems and Alan and Kim were so patient, flexible and understanding. People like Alan and Kim are worth their weight in gold, especially when to many banks are shutting to many branches and causing stress and frustration to technology challenged individuals like myself and the marginalised elderly generation in our society. Thank You HSBC for employing these invaluable professionals who make banking activities a productive and, as importantly, enjoyable experience!”

From the moment my husband, our little baby, and I walked into the branch, she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put us at ease, and she went above and beyond to assist us with our banking needs. “I've just spent nearly 3 hours in the Hull branch, sorting the fraud on my account. The lady sorting it for me Samantha H was so helpful. She went above and beyond. Missed her break. Said I was more important. Really friendly. Was a pleasure to be with. Explained it all really well so I could understand.could find a single fault with her. Thank you so much Samantha and hsbc.”

“To the Mannager HSBC Huddersfield. Yesterday l was seen by you're adviser Sofi Iqbal and yourself in the branch. l would just like to place on record how impressed l was by the service and care that was shown by Sofi with my loan application, which was first class. Sofi understanding and sensitivity really helped with this matter, and really appreciated. l always find all the staff at Huddersfield ready and willing to help, but it is so good to find an International bank that hasn't lost a personalised service. Thank you so much. David.”

“Having been a customer of HSBC for too many years to remember l would just like to express my ongoing appreciation and thanks to the staff of the Huddersfield branch for their continuing care and support. ln particular could l mention Mamta, who usually deal with me on counter services. she is always to give time, shows care and always willing to help with any queries. l would also like to express my thanks and gratitude to Lucy Brook, l have always found her caring and always willing to help in any of the branches l have visited that she has been working at. Please pass on my comments and grateful thanks for everything that is done for me.
