He was polite, well mannered and professional. He went beyond what was required in making a phone call on my behalf and cutting through the impersonal service to resolve the complications. This man was totally professional and exceptionally helpful when it came to sorting out my late Mums Estate bank account and did the heavy lifting of transferring inheritance money to grandchildren.
