A big thank you to Caroline at the Watford branch. I needed help with sorting funeral bills and Caroline was not only helpful and super efficient, but also very kind. In these days of online banking it was so refreshing to be able to communicate with such a lovely person who made everything so easy. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful service from Jasmine in HSBC Muswell Hill, London N10. She solved a problem concerning a bank account for my child. I thought I had met a dead end, but Jasmine wouldn't accept the negative outcome and turned it all around. I am incredibly grateful and appreciative. She went above and beyond for me and I'm sure she does the same for all customers. Thank you Jasmine!

I went into my Newbury Branch today, I had an issue with my online banking, Alison Eggleton, who has helped me in the past, was there, I just find her so approachable, she’s so helpful easy to talk to, a great asset to have, it meant a lot, I’m a very happy customer, Thank you.

Jannett from the Aston Branch deserves my 5 stars. Good attitude and good energy. Smaller branches have a lot better customer service. The other day, I went to the manchester city center branch. The lady in the front wanted us to leave as soon as possible.

I have had a really bad experience with the HSBC TEAM, although an employee from the 122 Finchly road branch came through and sorted the situation I have been trying to sort for weeks. Very helpful and professional without her help I was willing to stop banking with hsbc her name is Seema panda great job. Very recommended to go to her.

Many thanks to Susan who helped me make a transfer by phone. She sorted out the problem of why my online transfers kept being returned to my UK account and ensured that in future I could make my own online transfers correctly. She was very helpful, and very efficient.

Have banked with HSBC for over 50 years, private and business accounts, have always had excellent service and cannot fault the way I have been treated. Even when there is a problem, talking with the bank has always seen it sorted out.

I have been an HSBC Customer since 1973?! and I have to say the online Banking app has been fantastic - I hardly ever go near my branch and if I do call I have voice recognition and usually get an actual 'person' talking to me within a few minutes. However, I am an Advance customer (advanced in years as well!) but everything is clearly set out on the App and it is easy to set up payments. I think the security is secure and well managed. I have no complaints at all.

I had a charge I didn't recognise! Turned out it was an insurance policy I'd taken out 3 years ago via aviva HSBC but I'd not changed my address with the policy - just with my HSBC card. When I saw the random charge (I'd not noticed in previous years due to undiagnosed ADD) I queried it and the team and Fiona were SO HELPFUL in sorting it out. They helped refund me for the unknown charges even though it was partially my fault for not moving my address on the actual policy (which I had thought would email me). I have so often been screwed by companies that I was astounded at the immediate human understanding I was given and that they refunded me for this misunderstanding. I am very grateful for the customer service and has left me feeling very grateful that I'm with this bank.
