“Driver was professional, called with a time estimate and was there right on time. Our puppy was happy, healthy, and clean. Have used My Pet Cab twice and they were great both times.”

“My pet driver (Mike) communicated with me often on my pet's journey from the airport in Massachusetts and gave me an update on the time of arrival on the way to my home in Vermont. My puppy arrived exactly on time and Mike was friendly and courteous. I know my dog was well-cared for on a stressful long trip.”

“Pet Cab partner Claire was so nice! She even cleaned the crate after I told her that I would be happy to do it. She said, "You pay for a service" which I thought was so professional. Thank you so much for the safe transport of my new family member, Bella Marie.”

“Driver did arrive when he said he would but our puppy was not just (understandably) frightened, he was also quite hot, his fur was wet and the acrid odor of urine from his carrier assaulted our faces before even crossing the threshold. I didn’t even want to kneel next to it for the photo the driver wanted of me with it. Not sure if the puppy got on the plane that way but it was not a happy first impression. Poor thing went straight into a bath the second we could coax him out.”
