“Kate delivered Puff, my new family member in great condition, that’s the wrong word. But he was perfect. Kate Alex me when she had IRS gotten him at the airport, said he was doing fine, she let him stretch his legs and they’d be on the road shortly. She also said she’d call me about an hour out from my place. She did exactly that, and then gave me the approximate time frame, which was right on. I gave her the one hint to know when she was close to my street ( the street signs turn from blue and white to red and white) she appreciated that. When SB arrived, she texted she was here and as she came up the stairs I met he in the hall. Puff was wide awake but very calm so I know he was comfortable. My Pet Cab and Kate did a fabulous job delivering Puff. You definitely deserve 5 stars”

“Great service! Izzy was so professional and polite when he called to confirm our puppy's arrival time! Rick at drop off was super great too. “My puppy, Mitzi, was delivered to our door in Ventura CA by a wonderful driver who was exceptionally careful and a lover of dogs himself. He stayed for awhile to give me some advice and that most of the information was in the material he gave me. Also explained about the dog food and the progression of changing to the type of food we had on hand for our other dog. It was just a wonderful moment to see her for the first time. I had a guest with me who wanted to see her, too, and did remark what an extrodinary thing to have the puppy delivered directly to your house. Now I didn't have to drive for some distance to pick her up. Thank you for the wonderful service provided.!!! Karen Wu”

“Great communication and our driver brought our new puppy to our home safely. Puppy arrived warm and clean despite the trauma of traveling. The driver also helped bring the puppy inside and made sure all.was okay!”
