“Starwood was a life saver for our move overseas. With 2 giant dogs we thought for sure we'd have to leave them behind. But starwood did everything for us including picking u frome our home in the USA and delivering directly to us in the UK. 10/10 service and would definitely use again!”

“When flying my 2 pups from the USA to the UK Starwood where fantastic from start to finish! Their community is great and they helped alleviate so much stress by preparing documents and managing dates. We could nt have done it without them!”

“We had an amazing experience using Starwood to transfer our pup from Boston to London. It seems expensive but it was worth every penny knowing that Pippa was in good hands. The whole process was seamless; from initial booking to pick up of Pippa from our apartment in Boston to landing in Heathrow and being reunited again. 100% recommend.”

“Tracy was very friendly, calm, gentle, understanding, and caring towards our newest baby & me. She even sniffed around the van to take notice of the other puppies before leaving us to continue on her "SPECIAL DELIVERIES". I didn't want to use the service as it was only a 30 minute drive to pick him up, but when Puppy Serve upgraded my service to include the Pet Cab delivery, I am glad he was handled by such a wonderful service and knowledgeably capable staff. “Tim was very professional and enthusiastic. Provided timely updates of ETA, and brought our puppy on time. Tim provided all information for our puppy including what he ate and drank after his flight, also about the extra food and documentation that came with our puppy. He took a picture of our family with the new addition and texted us the picture. Very impressed with the service!!”
