“Janice was wonderful. She called ahead of coming to the house giving us time to have everything ready for our new pet. She presented us a clean and happy puppy, the crate, starter food, and medical records. My only disappointment (not at all Janice's fault) was not having any collar on the dog at time of delivery. Other than that the experience was exactly as advertised. Nice job, and thank you!”

Thanks for a great review! As the final mile piece of your new family member's journey home our drivers do what they can to delight the pup & the parent! As far as the question on the collar ,it is actually dangerous for a puppy (or any pet ) to travel in kennel with a collar due to potential entanglement so the company that you purchased your puppy from doesn't send your pup with a collar for safety reasons. Congratulations on your new FURever friend!

“Jerry was very pleasant but he should have called and told me he was running an hour late. My window was 2-5 PM and he arrive after 6. A long day waiting for my puppy. Jerry had SEVEN puppies to deliver from NJ to CT. My puppy was the last. A long time in an airplane from Oklahoma and even longer van drive. The puppy had food and water in the kennel. That also would have been nice to know. The women manning the phones don't seem to have much information; Why do you even give people their phone number?”

“A representative from My Pet Cab called me the day prior to confirm the ETA for our new puppy and give the driver’s name. The day of delivery, I received a strange call from someone I barely heard or understood, but eventually figured out was a different driver delivering our puppy. He arrived with my filthy puppy and again was difficult to understand, but had the necessary paperwork so we had a successful handoff. A call from My Pet Cab relaying the change in plans would have gone a long way.”
