“Our puppy arrived well cared for and in good spirits----no sign of the "trauma" from traveling we feared. The handler was obviously a puppy fan. This was a class A way for our puppy to arrive!”

“Bob and Ted were fantastic. They both provided updated information. The trip had a delay and they were terrific letting us know what was going on and with the new estimated deliveries. Best experience we have had in receiving a new puppy. Thank You Dennis”

“She dropped the pup took a picture and left; just like that. I guess I was expecting some small talk after everything else pup went thru but the drop was like a grocery drop. Pup was safe and healthy though = job done. I'm grateful for her time.”

We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and our drivers work hard to take precious care of your puppy while also ensuring efficient delivery. Unfortunately, your driver was unable to spend more than a few minutes after the delivery as she had one more puppy to deliver and did not want to leave the puppy alone .We hope you are enjoying your new furry family member!
