“Great! The driver was very professional, very courteous. arrived promptly before the promised arrival time at my home. Driver was very friendly.Asked for my Id and made sure I was the right person and that he was delivering the right puppy to the right home. Great service.”

“Knowing your new pet is traveling is a stressful event. This was our first experience with My Pet Cab, but I can definitely attest that it would not be our last should we get more pets that need transportation. Our puppies arrived happy-go-lucky as if they had had a day at Disneyland! This was shocking to us, given how long they had travelled to come to their new home! It speaks volumes about the care they had along their journey here. Our Pet Cab driver that delivered our pups was so terribly sweet and kind, and we knew that they had been well loved and cared for by this caring individual! (Thank you Shaye!!!)”

“Rick delivered our poodle puppy, Ukulele, yesterday. Even though Ukulele's drive had been over 8 hours, due to weather complications, he arrived perky, happy and fresh. He had obviously been comfortable and stress free. Rick communicated with us to let us know about delays and gave us a new and accurate ETA. We have nothing but good things to say about Rick and My Pet Cab, and would recommend them highly!”

“We were very pleased with our interaction with your driver. He called us & 40 minutes later put our puppy in our awaiting arms. He explained a few things to us & was off to deliver the next pup. It was nice to see how much he truly enjoys what he’s doing. Thank you.”

“I appreciated that they kept me updated with the times for delivery and I liked how Daisy had taken the puppy out of the carrier to do the handoff with me. I got the sense that they really do care for the puppies they are transporting and that goes a long way to making a positive experience for everyone.”

“The experience was great. Jeff contacted me when he was a half hour away and in front of the house. He delivered our pup earlier then expected. He handled her with care and was very nice when he communicated with us.”
