“Service was excellent. They called the day before to let me know approximate time range of arrival and then again to say he would be there within half an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Tanner arrived safe and sound with everything in order.”

“Our puppy concierge, Debbie, was excellent. She safely and lovingly brought our fur baby Archie to us. She gave us a 45 minute heads up when she was on her way, then a 5 minute heads up when she was approaching. She was extremely kind, professional, and such a wonderful first impression for Archie arriving at home. Highly recommend!”

“I received a courtesy call the evening before our puppy's scheduled arrival. The rep provided details about our driver's name, that she'd be in contact with us, and how to contact Pet Cab if we had any questions or concerns. Our driver, Daisy, was communicative by kindly introducing herself, and texting me updates of our puppy's ETA and letting us know how she did at the airport (with a picture!)and on the car ride. It was clear, watching Daisy with our puppy that she was a kind and caring pet chaperone, and we really appreciated how pleasant she was during the drop-off. It made the moment even more special and memorable for my daughter.”

“I had confirmed the delivery of my new puppy three separate times with PuppySpot. Despite confirming a specific day and specific time I never received confirmation from My Pet Cab. On the day my new puppy was to arrive I got a call three hours earlier then scheduled saying they were 15 minutes away.”

Hi ,we take customer service to the extreme and would love to touch base with you on the overall experience to see where the disconnect occurred. We have sent you a private message with contact information. We cant control the communication piece from the company your purchased your puppy from but we are working with them on changing their app template to reduce confusion. As you can imagine for a journey from another part of the country a specific delivery window time would not be accurate. We do call and narrow it down to help you plan for your special arrival.
