“Gary was excellent in communicating the plan the previous day and called a couple of times on the day of delivery. He handled the pet with extreme care. He was very helpful in answering any questions. Overall, we are very happy with Gary and My Pet Cab's services.”

“Amazing service. Got an estimated arrival window the day before from 11-2 which is a short window as it is. The day of, i was notified 30 minutes before he arrived which was so appreciated. Our guy Josh was so kind and patient, the whole thing was great.”
