“We had a great experience with My Pet Cab. We got a call the day before with an expected window of delivery. We got a call when our drive was on the way to us directly from the previous stop. Our pet was delivered within the original window. Our driver was responsive and kind and our puppy was well cared for!”

“Our puppy was delivered in good condition and had obviously been well cared for during transportation. Communication was very clear. We were notified the day before, and given a reasonable window in which to expect delivery of our new puppy. Abel arrived within that window; additionally, we were called 30 minutes before arrival, and that estimate was accurate. In summary, we were consistently provided timely and accurate information about the process. Thank you!”

“Pet cab is wonderful ... my puppy was walked to my door and she was clean and well taken care of. Rachel called ahead of time to tell me when to expect them. When I went to get the carrier out of the car I saw that there was another little guy going to his furever home. He was clean and happy as well !”

“The lady was very professional and kind. She was on time. And I was pleased to keep the puppy crate “”Guinness “ came in. I had ordered one from Amazon that was a soft carrier. It is great to have both. Thank you so very much. If I was not in debt, I would have gratefully tipped her for all of you! Please know that I am praying that GOD BLESSES YOU ALL WITH GOOD HEALTH. Thank you all!!!!”
