“Sammy was informative as to arrival time. He was polite and very cooperative especially when we had to take arrival photos and he got in the pictures too. He was very helpful getting "katie" settled in the house and explained everything regarding her papers and food. We were extremely happy with My Pet Cab and Sammy.”

“He kept us apprised of his progress and was quite friendly. I would ask for Jerry if planning to ship my dog. I communicated with him via cell. Calling the company was less fun because waiting to speak to someone took a good while and the message repeated often and with no indication that someone would ever answer the phone. They finally did answer.”
