“Shipping the pets during a pandemic was no smooth process as you might imagine, there were a number of problems, none of which were foreseeable. However Starwood Animal Transport remained calm and worked through it all, we go there in the end! Everyone we dealt with was kind and professional, they seemed to understand that putting your pets on a plane is a big worry for most owners. Our pets arrived safe and sound and I’d definitely recommend! It’s also worth mentioning that they were significantly more affordable than some other companies I was quoted for.”

“I was absolutely terrified at the idea of shipping my husky inside a kennel in an intercontinental flight over 3 countries and 3 days, but my fears stopped the day he left, when I received the first of many pictures and I knew he was fine. My family and I could not believe how he arrived in such a good mood, as if nothing happened. He was not stressed, he was not whining, he was not acting weird in any way. He was as normal as if we had never been separated. All the staff I interacted with (either on the phone or in person) was really nice. They actually really love animals. I thought the service was extremely expensive, but it was also impeccable: you really get what you pay for!”

“Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the lovely, young woman who transported Carol (Kacy, now). However, she was timely, caring and very kind. I wish she could have stayed longer but she kept her distance and we were both wearing masks as mandated by the state of CA. Our puppy arrived clean, happy and with a round tummy due to having been fed and given water. She was in very good shape. Rested and ready to play.”

“My relocation to Germany had been hindered multiple times by the impact of COVID19 and travel delays and limitations. I had given up on being able to relocate with my dogs Moose and Watney and was making alternative arrangements for them until I came across an ad for Starwood Animal Transport. Starwood has a team of compassionate people that helped walk me through every step of the way, making last minute adjustments when there was an issue with the timely return of my endorsed international health certificates. Moose, Watney and I are so grateful to Sarah (our relocation coordinator), Steve (in Chicago) and Bjorn and AnnaMaria (on the German side) for getting my doggos to their new home. Forever grateful!🐾❤️”

“My pet cab was wonderful. I received a call the night before with an estimated time of arrival of our puppy and then got another call when our puppy was almost here. They were very kind and curious and I would recommend them to anyone needing to transport a pet.”

“We had a great experience. Pet Cab Called us the night before our puppy’s arrival to give us the time frame during which he would arrive and what to expect and told us who our driver was and that she would call Once she was on the way with our puppy and her ETA. Everything went exactly as planned and our puppy was very well cared for. He was happy and eager to meet us upon arrival.”
