“I think our cab driver's name was Paul. He was extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful. He carried our new puppy inside the lobby of the apartment, removed her from the crate, and was affectionate toward her as he passed her to us. He explained what he did during his stops, including cleaning her crate, making sure her water was full and trying to clean up her paws with baby wipes. I have no doubt that he is a caring person. It was nice to have someone be almost excited about delivering our puppy, as we were to receive her. Thanks.”

“Jamie was amazing! She was in constant contact with us providing us with status updates on ETA, etc. She was nice and gentle with our puppy and made sure she was comfortable during travel. Jamie cleaned our puppy before passing her off to us since she had a little accident during travel! lol”

“Tim was excellent, very prompt and arrived on time, he called us 30 minutes before arrival, he was very gentle and had excellent customer service, he brought our puppy safe and give him food and water while traveling so our puppy was happy, rested and clean. Tim provided instructions and all papers needed, we are very happy with the service.”
