“Phillies and her college were fabulous. They called ahead of time to let us know they were bringing our new puppy. Clearly they cared and understood the importance of this delivery for us and for the puppy. They were nice polite and loving to the puppy. Grade A 5 stars for them!!!!!”

“Sarah was amazing she was so supportive from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and reassured me as there were some very tight deadlines, against all odds we got our cat from NYC to LHR in the middle of a pandemic! Sarah was so wonderful throughout! Our cat is safe and well and all was executed flawlessly by Starwood!”

“Our puppy arrived at our home with a happy wag. The young man that delivered Emmy to us was courteous and polite. He gave us an update on her travels and we appreciated him for all that he did. I wanted to tip him but forgot in the moment. Can I still do that?”

“We had a very positive experience with Starwood, and would recommend to a friend. We always felt that our dog was safe and everything Starwood said would happen, did. There were only two things that could have been improved. First, when Ceci was transported from Boston to Newark, she stayed at someone's house for several days before the flight to Europe. That was fine, but we had very little visibility into where Ceci was or what she was doing. I know this was an exceptional circumstance, but it did make us wonder what was going on. Secondly, we got an email from a Starwood person saying that there was going to be a delay because Ceci hadn't had her annual rabies shot, but she had; they didn't ask us first. We sorted this out through some quick emails, but it was a panic situation that didn't have to happen. Those are really VERY minor nits, as we certainly couldn't have done this without Starwood and all your partners. We are very grateful, and Ceci is settling in nicely here in Switzerland.”

“Was notified of time slot and then again when closer to my house. Driver was very nice and happy for me. I got sister puppies and they needed a bath, but we're mostly dry and happy. I could tell they were sleepy, became very active and happy after their baths. Thank you very much, job well done.”

“Great experience, they called to let us know the approximate time and then called when they had our dog. The driver was excellent and friendly and called when he was close to our home.”
