“Thank you so much for delivering my new puppy to me this week. The day that he was delivered was very hot and we were concerned about the long drive from the Bay Area. But the driver assured us that the puppy was cool and comfortable in his crate in her car. Also, she was able to tell me something about the puppy's character, so I know that she was taking good care of her charge. Thank you for such excellent service!”

We were honored to handle the last part of your puppy's journey to your house. When we received your puppy at the airport we make sure she was thoroughly cleaned, but due to puppy's immune system and their immunization not fully protecting them, we want to keep them in the safest environment as possible. For transport, that is their travel crate until they get to your house where they can run free. Thanks for your kind review and we hope the best for you and your newest addition to your family!!!
