“Jerry was great, he called to let me know when to expect him to arrive. Then he called me again to let me know he ran into traffic so would be later than he expected. He actually arrived on time. Thank you! I was so happy to get my new puppy I almost cried... In public :-)”

“Kirsty helped get my dog home from Israel to San Diego and always answered my questions. She worked with the other dog mover in Israel and pushed them to find a solution in the difficult COVID time. I appreciate all the hard work and effort. Thank you!!!”

“The dispatcher called me a day or two ahead of time to let me know the driver would reach out to me when they were 30 minutes out from delivery. She called about 45 minutes ahead and then updated me when it was going to be a little later and sent along a photo which I appreciated. She was very kind and direct.”
