“A move that was always going to stressful - back to UK after living for years in USA - was made even more so because of the Covid situation. Without the help and support of Starwood Animal Transport I really don't know how I would have managed to relocate my two dogs. The counsellor assigned to me, Ryan Bole, was brilliant - she was calm and kind in the face of my increasing anxiety and gently guided me through the process from getting the paperwork to getting on the plane. I just checked to see how many emails we had exchanged and it was so many I feel embarrassed - I'm a total over-thinker, and had had so many thinks go awry that I was on over-drive, checking and rechecking, and - I am sure - asking the same questions over again. Ryan was a good and prompt communicator, and was always reassuring - even as I sat at the gate at LAX, panicking about "what if the dogs are left behind". All went smoothly, the paperwork did what it was supposed to - despite my vet getting called away and leaving an error in his wake: Ryan worked with the new vet and together they sorted it all out. In the UK, Starwood's Gemma was also kind and helpful as I waited for news that all was well. Thank you, Starwood.”

“I cant say enough about how great My Pet Cab was on getting my puppy to her new home . checked in along the way , sent pictures and video's all the way . she arrived very happy and in excellent condition . I would highly recommend them . door to door pick up and delivery in a beautiful motor home . the girls driving are wonderful , Great experience all around . Thank You !”

“My Pet Cab went above and beyond to ensure I had the information I needed about my puppy's travel arrangements. The CEO called me personally when I emailed them about their phone number not working (turns out there was an issue with their service provider). The best, most courteous service, they called us the morning that our pup arrived and she arrived right on time! I would strongly recommend!”

“We were very anxious about our puppies arrival, but Bob was very informative about the care she was given on the plane and off the plane and when they were going to pick her up and approximately how long it would be to get to my house. His wife Lisa called me in route and told me approximately what time she would be arriving and her condition while with her. She even took her out of her crate and put her on her lap for a while. When they arrived,She was clean happy and healthy. Very pleased with the care they gave her. Thank you very much Bob and Lisa”
