“Bob called us the day before to confirm the delivery details. Bob answered all my questions patiently and concluded the delivery. Likewise Daisy was also on time, delivered the puppy with no issues. Thank You!”

“Starwood went above and beyond to ensure safe and efficient travel for our cats during a difficult period during the Coronavirus pandemic. Their team was on hand to offer support and answer questions 100% of the time. Our pets arrived at their destination happy and relaxed.”

“He called me to update me on the ETA of arrival. He also gave me an update on how my puppy was doing on the ride! He didn’t rush the delivery, he waited until Dino was comfortable getting out of the kennel and took a picture of us welcoming our new furry friend!!! It was a great experience.”

“The dispatcher called when my dog had arrived on the ground. She explained how the driver was giving her a pit stop time to stretch her legs, drink water and eat. I was happy to hear she arrived safely. I was given a time frame for delivery of my pet. The driver called and gave me a specific ETA. I was happy he was masked. He was friendly. He was warm. He gave me my pet and walked the crate to my home. I felt that I was given specific information along her entire touch down. Your staff is very caring. They take safety precautions especially during this pandemic. I would recommend your company without hesitation. Very professional.”

“Starting from Bob who kept us updated at every step of our puppy’s travels including when her flight was delayed to when she landed. We really appreciated this considering our experience with PuppySpot was not the next. With My Pet Cab we knew where she was, what our expectation should be etc. Kevin our Pet Cab driver was also very helpful and helped the puppy feel safe. Thank You again for helping us have a good experience.”

“I cannot praise this company enough!! We flew our dogs from Miami to Heathrow and from start to finish they were professional, attentive and made us feel totally at ease. Ryan kept us updated at every stage and they treated our dogs with the care and compassion they would their own. Our dogs were relaxed and happy when they were dropped back to us, we literally could not have chosen a better company! Thank you!!!”
