“This was my first time having a puppy delivered via The Pet Cab and I must say it was a pleasant experience. They kept in constant communication from the time they received my puppy, to relaying when they are in traffic to being outside of my house. My puppy had already eaten, had water and went to the bathroom prior to arriving to me. He came with everything I was supposed to receive and he actually arrived earlier than expected time wise.”

“I was very happy with the call on Friday. She went over everything and was very helpful. On the day of the delivery, Henry called and gave an accurate time he would be there. He arrived on time, and our new puppy was safe and happy. The delivery took 8 days from the time the arrangements were made. I believe that was due to the company I ordered from, not you.”

Thanks for a great review! We take over from the company you ordered your pup from and handle the last mile delivery aspect of your puppy's journey to their new home. We took great care of your pup for the few hours it took to get from the regional airport to your home. As you stated in your review the time frame of 8 days would be something to touch base with the company where you purchased your puppy. Congrats on the new family member!

“We were so very impressed with how the delivery of our pet was handled through Pet Cab. The driver Alex was very kind, friendly, caring, and showed a lot of love toward our pet. The delivery was made within the time frame provided and could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Pet Cab and Alex for anyone needing to have a pet delivered. “I used my Pet Cab as my US agent on the ground in LA, California, when relocating my pet cat from London to LA, and I am so glad I did. They were reassuring even a week before I left, giving a personal touch on text messages, and agreeing to a drop of place for the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, they kept me up to date as soon as I landed, and had my cat with me just as I pulled up at my hotel (less than 90 mins from landing) Julie and Susanna were amazing! Thank again, were highly recommend for any pet owner reloating to the US as they take the stress out of the transfer :)”

“They are very good at communication updates, they arrived on time and assisted with getting my puppy in my house. The puppy was a little stubborn!! The driver was very attentive patient and just a really nice guy, I believe his name was Manuel (?).”
