Measures of Darcy bed not the same as website. Standard UK mattress did not fit in length and width. Customer Services really poor service.

I’ve brought furniture from Heals for years and my family before, although our console table was damaged on delivery getting a replacement was a problem, the Call Centre customer service was worse than dreadful, never again.

The quality of the plates is great, but the customer service poor. When I was chatting to a friend about this, he mentioned the only time he had ordered there were similar problems and equally poor service - so clearly not an isolated incident. Will avoid going forward, there are much better retailers out there.

Great service from Heal’s when I had to return this item as the wiring in the lamp was faulty. Not what you’d expect from anglepoise name.

They ran out and I never received them. However I was credited to choose another item or receive my money back. Very sad

Looks nice but completely overpriced. Came in very environmentally unfriendly packaging, lamp shade had a strong chemical smell, and probably only cost £10-20 to manufacture

customer service here is a disaster. i ordered a tala chandelier in oct. it arrived with a broken bulb, called customer services and was told i can exchange in person and it was in stock. went into store and was told initially i cant exchange it because of the order number (order number S0017-00000895) . then i was told yes we will exchange it for u but sorry its out of stock. completely wasted my time. when the replacement bulb arrived turns out the chandelier itself was faulty and i had to call customer service to get an exchange (S118503) on 11 nov. its now dec and after countless emails of no replies and calls of which im waiting at least 20mins to get to someone on the line, only to be told they will get back to me. no one has. its as though heals just took ur money and flushed it down the bin. pls! i just want my chandelier!!!!!!!

We’re sent black instead of yellow, now have to wait another two months and have bare wires sticking out of our nice new kitchen wall

After waiting several weeks, Verso wall lights sent and not pendants as odered. Returned within days, text received back from DPD in their warehouse 28 November, requested refund as sourced elsewhere, if hadn't called 9 December probably wouldn't of even received a refund. If was a new customer to Heals not a good impression! .
