“Not used the product yet. Pre delivery arrangements a nightmare. Worst we have experienced, and definitely disgraceful for a premium company. The actual delivery was good, and carried out efficiently and pleasantly.”
“Unfortunately the vase was broken on delivery. The staff in store and at customer service were brilliant although we decided to have our money back and dispose of the vase.”

“It's a beautiful sofa that converts very easily into a King-size bed. It sleeps comfortably just using a mattress protector and sheet on top. My only gripe are the back cushions. They are completely over-stuffed and have zero give, thereby reducing the seating area. I had to cut the inlays open and remove about half the stuffing to make them usable as back cushions. Had I paid more attention to this aspect I wouldn't have bought the sofa.”
“When the item arrived, the stickers on the candles were partly peeled off and one was missing completely. Heals refused to send me a replacemrnt without me returning the original one. I think this is bad customer service, why should I have to go through the return process when I bought the item in good faith. I will not be shopping at Heals again.”
“Table and chairs lovely. Communincation with delivery provider in Scotland very poor. I had to chase with Heals twice in order to obtain a phone number for the delivery company.”

“The glasses are nice but the home delivery service is a pain. Twice DPD said they tried to deliver but claimed they couldn’t despite there being someone home on both occasions. We picked it up from a local store as it obviously suited the DPD guy better.”

“We waited four months for this sofa bed to be delivered due to shipping delays. When it arrived, when the guy tried to assemble it, he found a fault. Some of the holes for the screws had been drilled in the wrong place. The sofa bed has been returned and we will look elsewhere.”

I have tried repeatedly to get Heal's to help, to no avail.
I have asked to speak to a manager, to no avail.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I will never buy from this company again.”
“4 month after the payment I am still waiting for my the cushions. I cannot rate the product, but the entire purchase and delivery process is a nightmare.
The fact that already get a feedback form for an order I have not received shows how unorganised Heals is.”
