“Worst experience I’ve ever received. I ordered 4 lamps - 1 arrived broken and 1 still hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks. Customer service hasn’t bothered trying to fix the issues. I’m still waiting for the 4th lamp and haven’t been given any indication when it will arrive. Worst customer service and quality of any furniture store in the UK. Would never purchase from Heal’s again.”
“One of the bedside tables is damaged, but I have had such a terrible time with customer services getting the damaged chest of drawers replaced that I haven’t even mentioned the damage - it’s not worth the many weeks of chasing so have decided just to live with the damage to avoid all the hassle”

“I purchased this chandelier on 01/03 with delivery time 1-2 weeks. After numerous calls and emails to customer service if finally arrived in the middle of April. Two shades out of six were broken.
I quickly notified the customer service and was told I will be getting another one and they will organise a collection of the old one afterwards.
Well today we have 27/05 and after nearly 3 months from my original order I am still waiting for my chandelier.
My original order is 1000512455 and the replacement is S120624.
On 18/05 I received another email from Heals that my delivery date will be between 9th and 23 of June. Looking forward to see my chandelier then. Maybe….”
“The table is great, but delivery was a problem. We bought it in the January Sale and were told that it would be delivered swiftly. A few days later we got an email saying it wouldn’t be arriving until mid to late April, a delay of three months. Not good service.”
“Ordered two rugs and one was the wrong colour. Customer service level in returning the item was shockingly bad. Very disappointed and would expect more of Heal's. Quality of rugs also poor. Shop from Nordic Nest instead and delivery was within 5 days. I waited several weeks with Heal's!”
“Bought this light online, only to open the box and find it damaged. This was the same for the replacement item that was sent. So instead I went to the store to collect another replacement as 2 Heal's representatives stated they would check the item to confirm it was undamaged, but guess what, that one was damaged too. So another 2 weeks wait for another one to be ordered which, you've guessed it, was also damaged. Initial order date was 28th February, and I am.still waiting for a response to the complaint. Nice item, shame about the company's attitude.”

Easily the worst e-commerce experience CS I’ve had in 20 years and one that will ensure I never shop with Heals again, plus tell as many people as possible to do the same.”

“The marble wasn’t seated properly (raised at one end, sunken at the other). There were multiple defects - took pictures and sent to Heal’s. Waited so long for the table, was offered and booked delivery 3 times - twice was then told it was cancelled / not in stock after taking annual leave to wait in for a delivery that never came. Heal’s blamed it on a new warehouse system being implemented. Eventually returned the damaged item and asked for a refund. This was granted minus the delivery fee of £75. Had to complain to get the delivery fee refunded as the item was delivered damaged. Terrible experience from start to finish.”
“The fitting is stylish and looks very good except that one of the pendant lights does not work. The nationally register firm of electricians installing it says that it is not wiring one of the 12 lights is faulty. This was reported to Heals at York on delivery. Nothing has been heard since.”
