“HUD using you as a variety of properties for auction . If any event you do win the auction and do not meet the minimum reserve in most cases the seller will contact with the counter offer . Ability to speak to A2B Av U and their customer service is almost nonexistent !”

“Hubzu is fairly easy to use, but there is a lot of reading to make sure you are doing it correctly. Also there was no place for the buyer to pick the title company they want - I haven't read through yet but hopefully they'll get that choice on the contract. Also, when I put a bid in for a buyer we fully intend to go through with it, I resent having to put a $1,500 hold on my account if I am in good standing with Hubzu.”

“The opportunity of making your own decisions during the process of purchasing a property is very thoughtful , I'm sure my next property purchase in Hubzu will be even easier since the process is easy to learn right from the beginning and there is a support team, personally I will buy another property from hubzu as soon as I can”

“I had a T E R R I B L E experience with this company--but I must say within an hour of posting here I received assistance from two people from management to rectify the problem. The issue was resolved and we will move forward. I have a HIGH level of respect for companies who really care about the consumer. This is such a company and I highly recommend. Cant give a five due to the experience but will give them the strongest 4 possible.”
