“Although it is great looking and appears to be well made, the slate gray soap dispenser I received did not work out too well. Maybe I had a defective item, but it had started to slightly discolor. And just recently the pump stopped working after only a few months. However, the great customer service at H&V was very prompt to resolve the issue and send me a new one fast.”

“Beautiful selection. However, given the cost of these goods, the quality seems to be slipping.”

“Very pleased with our purchase. The basket was even sturdier and thicker than it appeared in the image, strong quality. We will store towels and items in it on our laundry/utility room floor inside. I was also pleased with shipping, came in 2 days and was packaged well.”

“I bought a mirror and when it arrived it had a chip in It. I sent an email and before I had even shipped the mirror back I received the new one. Such a great experience!!”

“This piece was exactly what I was looking for to practically update the entry floor of the mudroom in my 18th century New England farmhouse. While totally modern and easy-keeping for cleaning, this mat has the warmth of age built in to its appearance. It doesn't jar the eye in a room that still has hand-blown glass window panes.”
