“I loved the baby alpaca throws I purchased, however, was disappointed in the way they were shipped. I received them folded in a mailing envelope in my mailbox. Also, not having the option of a gift box so that they could be packaged beautifully, was a disappointment. For the amount I paid for these two gifts, I would have expected better.”

“As is always the case with Blue Pheasant, this is excellent quality. The bowl is large, heavy, and very attractive. The turquoise and navy splatter design is gorgeous. This is apparently glazed terracotta, so I don’t know if this would be good as a serving piece. You would definitely need to hand wash it. It is a knockout on a table setting alongside the Azul glasses with rattan sleeves from Blue Pleasant.”

“I took me a long time to go for the plunge and ordered a $150 shelf!!!! When I opened it I wasn’t too impressed it looked cheap but thought it’s ok. When I finally got around to putting in on my wall I was horrified. It was hideous. Bent, crooked and just made me want to cry. I immediately contacted customer service and within an hour they got back to me saying that they would look into it. 3 days later I had a full refund no questions ask. I was so impressed with the prompt response and actions taken. Thank you thank you thank you!!”

“For an online-only company, their customer service is very unreasonable! I purchased a vinyl rug, a standard size. They state that custom orders are not returnable, okay that is reasonable, the rug I ordered was one of their standard sizes, however, what they do not state is that ALL orders are custom. So when the rug arrived and the color did not match my decor, I thought I would exchange it for another. Their arrogant customer service staff made an exception to take it back, which includes jumping through all of their hoops to do so, it cost me $60 to ship it back, and when they refunded me, they deducted $10 for shipping on their end as well! This company does not deserve to be in business and I will not order from them again.”
